Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nisiros

First of all, the rooms,bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Mr. Stefa called and gave us the location information before we arrived in Datca during the day. The staff who greeted us were also friendly.

If you’re looking for a place to relax & escapee from the stresses of daily life, then this is the place. Takis’ house is well equipped & has everything you need. The views are mesmerising. Takis is very friendly & helpful. We normally walk everywhere & rely on public transport, but it’s probably advisable to hire a car if you’re staying in Emporios. We would definitely recommend Takis’ house.

We chose this accommodation because it is out of the chaos and we found a cozy home in the middle of a very quiet area. The house has everything you need to fully enjoy it. The host made sure we had something to drink and delicious cookies. In addition, it is close to Zia, and you can easily get to Kos and various well-served beaches. I highly recommend this accommodation. I would have liked to have been able to stay longer, but it will be for a future occasion. Thedosis has always been available for any questions.

Staying at Amalia's house was the best summer decision we have made. Such a unique and lovely place, in the best village of Nisyros island. Amalia has decorated the house in a harmonic way. We cannot find words to express our gratitude to her creation. The balcony overlooking the Aegean horizon, the garden of relaxation with lights and candles. the additional garden under in the bedrooms area. I am really interested in this architectural approach. Everything is convenient... they have even a tent to borrow, or a carrier for your super market shopping from the parking. If you find this Appartment available do not even hesitate to book it. Also, we have stayed for 6 nights and 7 days in the island and we needed much more.. the last is mentioned as many say it is a small island, what can we do in there? Trust me there are plenty of things you can do and you will enjoy. Thank you very much Amalia for warming our hearts for the oncoming winter with your amazing energetic house. Thank you!!!

A lovely property in the hills of the island, with no neighbors and a stunning sea view, featuring different outdoor spaces for various times of the day. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living areas are spacious, with air conditioning in both bedrooms. The entire place is decorated with great taste and character.

We were a family of 4 adults. Great walk to beach and great choice of restaurants. Sandy beach great for children as the water level was very low. I would return back in a heartbeat.

A cozy and traditional place to stay near the quiet and beautiful city of Mastihari. A very wonderful welcome from Nikos and his wife will wait you.

Nickolas was super helpful and arranged for the cleaner to drop in a few things. He allowed us to check out late which was perfect. Lots of very good eating places nearby and easy to buy food. It was Oct so quite windy and cool in the evening so sadly we couldn't use the amazing terrace much . We loved the house, very quirky with great design . We hired a car to see the island for a day .. perfect . A very quiet and great break in this house

First of all, the house being far from the city made us very uneasy. But then Mrs. Katerina provided us with every convenience. She was very friendly and helpful. Everyone in my family was very pleased with this vacation. I would like to thank Mr. Andreas and Mrs. Katerina and then all the staff. For all their help to us. If we come once again, we will definitely stay here.

Mrs. Litsa's house was very clean and very comfortable for 4 people! We greatly evaluate the fact that it is pet friendly, while it is at a high point, with a strong uphill at the end, but it compensates you with the beautiful view of the island's harbor bay, but also with the wonderful sunrise that one enjoys in the mornings from its terrace!The house is located in the meadows which is both the port and the largest settlement of the island with direct access to the taverns and the beach of the area. Mrs. Litsa gave us very clear instructions for the recycling and collection of garbage according to the rules that the whole island and we loved this, as well as it was direct in whatever we needed during our stay. I highly recommend her place for anyone who wants to visit beautiful Tilos. The island and its people left us with the best impressions! we will prefer it again in the future!

Perfect location, lovely hosts!

Betty is a great host, she & Mr Yiannis made sure that everything was made easy for our 4 night stay. We arrived after midnight and she was there to welcome us, provided us everything we needed during the stay, and even helped us after checkout to leave our luggage and wait at her sitting room. The apartment is exactly as it’s shown in the photos, and very well equipped. The only info that is not clear from the description is that the apartment is a semi-basement with a stairway that connects it with the main house where Betty and her husband live, ie not very soundproof. Though that didn’t stop us from having a great stay. Thank you Betty, we hope we are back soon.

Very nice stay in Villa Oneiro with great sea views. In addition, the host was always available and super accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Kos! The apartment was luxurious and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful interior that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The jacuzzi was a fantastic highlight, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Stelinos was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly, always available to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

The host, Mr. Faruk and his wife, are simply wonderful people, we stayed with❣️ 3 families and we were very comfortable. The house is very handy and the garden is great. It was very nice to greet them at the door and send off by offering apple pie and tea on the way back. We can't say. Good people still exist. See you again. Thank you so much for everything.

One of the best places we've stayed in anywhere in Greece! It's a wonderful old stone house in Mandraki, an immaculate historical village and the main inhabited place on Nisyros. The place has been comfortably modernized and well supplied with everything you'd need. A spacious kitchen is a plus, as is the surprisingly fast WiFi. We had a lovely stay. Popi is very hospitable, including meeting us at the port to guide us to the house, and making sure that the local museums opened for us.

Absolutely amazing stay at this Villa. We stayed at the house for 5 nights with a family of 7. This was the most perfect accommodation. With an absolutely breathtaking view and great outside area, we enjoyed every minute. There are multiple good seating area’s, and good lay beds at the pool. The pool was a great place to cool off and was extremely clean. The inside was also perfect. With very clean rooms and bathrooms it felt like a very luxery stay. The house was complete with everything we needed; from spices, hairdryers and more than enough towels. The location is perfect, in the middle of Kos City and the Airport. Our favorite beach, Paradise beach, was only a 25 minute drive. The most breathtaking sunset view from tourist city Zia, is only 10 minutes away! We were blown away by the whole package, for a farely cheap price. We will definitely consider revisiting Kos, and choosing this Vila again!

Incredible and very private home in the hills, a 15min walk below the beautiful town of Zia. Nikos was most helpful throughout our stay starting with a ride from the airport with a stop at a grocery store, and ending with a ride to the ferry port where we discovered our boat was delayed by 4hrs. Nikos then kept our luggage with him for the afternoon while we strolled Kos Town and then picked us up and dropped us at our boat for our new departure time. The house has cozy decor and good AC and wifi, and had everything you needed to get started on your holiday, with water in the fridge, coffee, ample towels, comfortable beds. It also has the best outside covered dining table with incredible views down to the sea and the neighbouring islands of Pserimos and Kalimnos. We could have sat there relaxing all day. Thanks to another ride from Nikos, we enjoyed a day in Bodrum, Turkey - less than a 1hr ferry ride from Kos Town. A car is needed to explore beaches and the rest of the island.
