Holiday rentals with beach access in Nisiros

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

We planned to spend 10 days in a quiet place near the sea, chose this option and did not regret it at all! Everything was clean, spacious, we lived on the whole floor in a separate very sunny house surrounded by almond, tangerine, orange trees, as well as a large number of local cats and chickens :) The huge very clean beach is a 15-minute walk away, there are also a variety of beaches in the surrounding area that can be easily reached by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Datca. Yudum and her parents were very caring, answered our questions, and treated us with homemade chicken eggs, almonds and houses. I really didn't want to leave, we had an unforgettable vacation!

The apartment was exactly as described, located in a quiet village, the in-house tavern offers authentic Greek cuisine, highly recommended. Ideal for travellers who want to be accommodated off the tourist mile. Very happy to come back, thank you so much for the wonderful time in Kos :)

Dimi is the absolute beeeest host! Super kind, helpful and very responsive! The flat is super - has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The beach (which is stunning) is a 3 minute walk and Marmari is special because it is not built up like many of the other places, but still has restaurants, coffee, grocery within walking distance. It is also super easy to rent a scooter and explore Kos, Kefalos, Plaka Forest, Zia, wineries, etc (they are all 15-30 min drive). As some other reviews mentioned, there is a bar next door that plays music but not too late into the night and the windows, etc are good quality, so you can't really hear it. Wonderful place, fabulous host - highly recommend!

Highly recommended – a peaceful gem! We were the very first guests in this lovely flat and had a fantastic stay. It’s perfect for solo travellers, couples, or two friends. The apartment had everything we needed: fresh towels, shampoo, hairdryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, tea, coffee – and a generous amount of snacks, which made us feel very welcome. Our host Christos was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He gave us great local tips, offered airport transfer and even help with car rental (which we didn’t need). Communication was smooth and easy. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. The flat was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and you could tell how much love and care went into setting it up. If you’re looking for a quiet, remote place far away from large resorts – this is the perfect choice. We’re sure many others will enjoy it as much as we did!

We enjoyed our 4 nights at Giorgos' and his wife's place. It was very relaxing on the veranda, the views are truly spectacular. the place was so clean. we loved strolling around each day to find restaurants to eat in. end of October, things are starting to close but we were lucky to eat very well at Arga, Stefyros, Ficcus in Kefalos. lovely people working in the restaurants, friendly vibe. Giorgos' place has a very serene atmosphere. It is ideal for those who like animals - Spongo the dog is a real character and you will hear the rooster in the mornings. which we love! combined with the views and location, it's a real find. highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week in Mastichari, staying at this lovely apartment. It’s located in a quiet and friendly area—perfect for anyone looking to relax. The apartment is very well located, making access to the beach incredibly easy. The beach is calm and beautiful, but there are also plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby for when you want to go out. Additionally, there are grocery stores close to the apartment, which makes it very convenient for getting any essentials. The apartment is ideal for two people—cozy yet spacious enough to feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals whenever we felt like staying in. One of our favorite features was the lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. We truly had a wonderful week and would highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

would stay again and definately reccomend

First of all, the rooms,bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Mr. Stefa called and gave us the location information before we arrived in Datca during the day. The staff who greeted us were also friendly.

Very very comfortable house in an extremely desirable location on the island near the port. Katerina is an excellent host, very responsive and very accomodating to every request. I would recommend Katerina and her house to anyone that wants to have an authentic stay on the island. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Ilias' house is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. For our young children, there were extra toys. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only negative point was the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we come to Kos again.

Great location; a house with walking distance to the beach and also privacy. I had a smooth stay.

The studio is a quiet basic space next to the apartments also rented out, off the main road and situated almost as far down the island as you can get. It feels more villagey here near the fishing harbour of Kamari away from the more commercial strip of hotels and tavernas further north. We enjoyed peaceful breakfasts and eves on the balcony, watching the chickens& ate at nearby tavernas. Local groceries for basics. We hired a car to explore nearby sandy beaches but Kamari harbour beach looks fine as a small pebbly bay if you want to stay put. Accommodation was clean& basic with sheets kindly changed at midpoint of our stay. My son slept in a single bed in kitchen which was hotter & harder to cool down than the double room. Overall this was a peaceful fairly low budget stay in a good area for quieter beaches in south west Kos.

Pleasant stay in a cottage.

A lovely property in the hills of the island, with no neighbors and a stunning sea view, featuring different outdoor spaces for various times of the day. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living areas are spacious, with air conditioning in both bedrooms. The entire place is decorated with great taste and character.

Last year, we stayed at the place of Ms. Gözde and Evren Bey's Ovabü. We stayed in their house in Palamutbük this year. Very nice and helpful people and very friendly people. Their house was really nice and peaceful. It was the places I would enjoy coming every year and the people we were happy to get to know. Thank you for everything, Mr. Evren and Ms. Gözde.

Brand new, fully equipped, and very well designed apartment with a large balcony in a perfectly central location. Very short walking distance to everything (supermarket, beach, restaurants, shops etc) Also the host, Dimitris is the best host we ever had. We 100% recommend staying at this apartment and will definitely come again.

The studio is clean, the beds are good, it has a fantastic location at the beach. Very good communication with the host 👍

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!

Very clean, well located, quiet. Large apartment with very good amenities. Very close to the beach. Vivi was very nice and hospitable. I really enjoyed the stay! I would book the accommodation again next time.
