Book it! Ideal location with amazing ocean views, the constant sound of waves crashing, and a stone's throw to the beach. The house exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our familiy of five. The pictures just don't do it justice. Do yourself and your family a favor, book it!

Overall, we had a great stay at Pachamama! The property and surroundings are amazing, and the bungalow has just (but only just) the things you need to stay here for a longer period. An important note is that the WiFi is terrible and the place is not at all suited for remote work. Also, the lookout which looks so amazing on the photos is abandoned. The place is still wonderful though, and even though they had some troubles with maintaining some of the conveniences promised, we fully enjoyed being here and recommend it to others!

Her warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the experience seamless and memorable. From local recommendations to quick answers for any question we had, she went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Every aspect of the stay was perfect, from the serene views to the little touches that made it special. We had a wonderful stay at Villas Santa Teresa. Tomas, Alan, Joanna and Javier were always very helpful with anything we needed. Javier helped with our flat tire which was very much appreciated! They made reservations at a beautiful restaurant for us to celebrate a milestone birthday, which was an amazing evening:) Its a perfect peaceful location, a little outside of town but close enough to everything we needed. A 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, where we spent hours walking and exploring. A 10 minute drive to town to get groceries. We had an SUV which worked for us but an ATV/motorbike would have possibly been better. The villa was so clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the hammocks were magical!

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!

The hosts were so incredibly kind and met us when we arrived. The place was immaculate and we felt right at home. It felt like we were locals! I’d definitely stay again!

Santa Teresa is a surfing town with a single road (Cóbano avenue) that parallels the beach front. Today it is a busy road that also is where pedestrians walk alongside traffic. You can walk to the Pacific ocean to get to surfing, the beach and walk along the beach instead of the busy road. If you don’t have a vehicle you have to walk 1-2kms to get to any of the good restaurants. We tried many, 3 stood out: Chicken Joes (peruvian), Nami (sushi) and Tropico Latino (superb grilled yellowtail). Vila Fortuna is off the main road and a peaceful oasis away from roads’s noise and vehicle smog. Our Terra Suite was comfortable with walk out access to a sweet, attractive, refreshing pool. The suite is 1 block from Ronny’s Market offering a range of convenient products. We cooked several yummy meals at the Vila. Our host Mike and the property manager Omer are gracious, helpful and friendly. They assisted us immediately with our special requests and with everything that needed extra care.

Em geral um lugar excelente, muito agradável, tranquilo, limpo, o apartamento é lindo, a piscina maravilhosa. A Love e a Gabi são muito atenciosas. Me senti bem segura com a região, ótima localização. Super recomendo

The best host that we ever had. Everything was perfect to the last detail. They are great people, very friendly, respectful and excellent in general. The casita was super clean, a lot of space, with everything that you could need. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from very good restaurants in the zone. We loved the place.

This place was clean, comfortable, and private while having access to the front desk of a B&B for assistance and guidance. It felt safe and still secluded and for first time visitors to this area, it was helpful to be connected to an establishment. Super walkable to town, cool temp at night, and nice consistent shower temp!!! Maybe not the right pick for you if you’re looking for something more secluded and private with its own yard, as it is on the property of the hotel. With that being said, we felt separate from the hotel and it was a perfect stay!

Staying here was an absolute dream. The Casita kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. It was so nice to relax in the pool after a long day at the beach and make some homemade smoothies. Ashlee also gave amazing local food recommendations and was so friendly. We took her yoga class which is also great. The location is super walkable to town. We also loved being next door to the farm animals and feeding them some fruit. Would definitely return

This place suited our needs. We wanted someplace close to Tapir Valley Nature Reserve to minimize driving to morning and night nature tours. It's in a beautiful setting up a hill over the main road. We enjoyed watching birds from the balcony, since we looked directly onto treetops. It was definitely cozy for our family of four but was totally fine for a couple of nights. Location was perfect. We enjoyed proximity to Bijagua and Rio Celeste.
