Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Nicoya Peninsula

We loved our stay at Green hill. The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The view is beautiful and you can see as far as the ocean when the clouds allow it. We saw innumerable birds from our balcony. The kitchen was greatly equipped to cook our meals and the washing machine was easy to use. The location is around 2.5 km from the bus terminal and 1.5-2km from the city center with very steep hills. We were able to manage by walking and transport from tours, but it may not be accessible for everyone. Easily accessible by taxi or car.

The home is very clean, safe environment, Gabriela is very responsive.

Great location, easy walk to dining and the beach and trails. Plenty of parking and security at night. Nice to have laundry machines available (bring your own soap). Hosts were super responsive to anything I asked or needed (broom & pan brought right away). The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of room in the kitchen and living area, we even had guests over to dine.

Es un lugar increíble, todo estaba de acuerdo a lo indicado, es un lugar muy completo y muy bien equipado, hubieron más electrodomésticos de los que pensé que fueran haber, toda la casa se encontraba con aire acondicionado y muy muy limpio y en la parte de la cocina habían ventiladores muy grandes que hacían que no se sintiera el calor, esa parte de la cocina abierta y junto a la piscina hicieron que nuestra estadía para disfrutar en familia fuera más unida, ya que todos podíamos estar juntos, la playa queda muy cerca caminando, todo muy seguro y muy muy limpio... Sin duda alguna volveremos a ir muchas veces a este lugar, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar tan hermoso y la atención de don Dustin y doña Norma..... Sin duda alguna pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles en este lugar, para nosotros fue más de lo que esperábamos y no tenemos queja alguna... Totalmente recomendado

10/10 recommend! This place is pure magic! Thoughtfully built and perfectly set up for an incredible stay. The gym is fantastic to workout with howler monkeys and animals all around. Strong consistent WiFi for international work calls. Good hot water with strong water pressure. And super clean and bug free! Very rare in Costa Rica! Can’t say enough good about this place and Tabata is a wonderful host that was always ready to help answer any questions!

We came here for our family vacation and had the best time. Check in was easy, and a few people in our party arrived early but Daniela kindly allowed them to leave their bags in the office so they could wander around before check in. The property is in a great location, walkable to places in town, but also quiet and peaceful when you are hanging around the house. The layout of the house is awesome, and everyone having their own bathroom was a huge perk for us. Howler monkeys are in the trees above the house, and to watch them while floating in the pool is so entertaining and relaxing. The house was well equipped with the basics, it was nice to not have to anything outside of food. The staff were always very kind and responsive. You have the option of getting the main area and rooms cleaned every day or as often as you need. We really loved our stay and would stay again here!

we loved everything about our stay. this is not our first time in Costa Rica and this place exceeded our expectations. it is very close to main roadways yet off the busy part, quiet with magic views, very modern clean and well managed property. Thank you, Enis!

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, una vista espectacular. La comunicación muy rápida, siempre atentos a ayudar con las consultas. Está en un tercer piso, sin ascensor y las piscinas un poco lejos. El club frente a la playa muy bien. En general una excelente estadía.

Super nice stay with amazing amenities available! Great food and coffee options really close by and the town and beach was only about a 15 minute walk down the main road. We also utilized the concierge services for all of our transportation and tourist activities which was super easy and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo. Amazing 5th floor view from the patio and master bedroom. Large living/dining room and the kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are large with lots of closet space. Great to have access to a washer/dryer. Huge pool and the condo is right across the street from a resort with beach access. Very close to plenty of restaurants. Convenience near by. We did have difficulty utilizing the safe as the key/lock seemed worn out.
