The house was clean and organized It had many things that we did not expect, equipped both in the kitchen and laundry and things to take to the beach, it was excellent, the pool was clean with many toys to use, excellent service

Had an awesome stay at Sugar Sand Cottage with my family. The location is great and a short drive to various restaurants and activities. We loved the short walk (5 min) to the private beach with umbrella and chair service each day. The chair attendant had great local restaurant recommendations that we tried. The house is just like it’s shown in the pictures. We loved the layout with the porches overlooking the pond and private pool at night. Nichole was very responsive and can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Destin area.

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

The house was more than just an AIR BNB, it was a Home! Gary and Tiffany provided a very clean and pristine home. They also provided amenities. The location of the home is close to the Harbor, Crab Island dock, Supermarkets, restaurants and more! the neighborhood was very comforting and welcoming. The home is perfect for couples, friends or family friendly get-away. I definitely recommend and will be booking with them in the near future!

Our stay at Soundside Paradise was exactly that! A Beautiful home perfectly situated on the sound with an amazing view. We saw dolphins, crabs, fish, turtles, and a large heron one night! Robert is a wonderful host, and responds quickly. Our family had a wonderful time and will definitely return! It was absolutely perfect!

Adorable home situated in a secluded neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The screened back porch was my favorite part of this home. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that this host ensures clean linens including a freshly washed comforter. You will not be disappointed.

My family and I stayed here for our beach vacation, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The house was so homey and cozy. I have a four month old baby and there are so many helpful things here with traveling with an infant. Everything was so clean and the host was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Man, I wish I can gate-keep this Airbnb, but I won’t because I want the hosts of this place to get recognized for having such a nice, cozy and well-kept home! We stayed at this Airbnb for nine days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was the best of both worlds! The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials, including coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. After long days out, it was so nice to come back to a cozy, comfortable space where we could unwind. Our host was also great—responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-located place to stay, we highly recommend this one. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for my finance and I. The location was minutes from the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton. The space was clean, cozy, and quiet! Although smaller, it’s exactly as pictured (which we clearly knew). Plus, how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?? We were excited to find additional towels in the bathroom, extra beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet, too! We’d stay again for sure!

Addie is a wonderful person and the place as well. Had a lovely time with friends. Would recommend to people who want peace and comfort.

Great house, very roomy and decorated nicely. Celing fans and TVs everywhere. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are together on one side. 3rd bedroom is on other side, off dining area. Note the 3rd bedroom does not have a window. Master bath is pretty big with lots of mirrors. 2nd bath also has a tub. Entry way, living room and dining area are spacious. There's also a lovely porch and back yard with an office in the shed. Everything was clean and comfy.

Doug's place is one if the only listings we've seen that has a perfect 5 star rating with multiple reviews, and now we know why. Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and spacious and was in a great location close to everything, while having privacy from big crowds. The dock was great and fun to fish and enjoy the view. Doug was probably the most accommodating host we've ever met and treated us like family. He set us up for fishing with bait and equipment, gave us recommendations, and was in constant contact with us making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great trip and stay. Doug was the best host we've ever had anywhere. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed our family vacation in John and his family’s home! John’s instructions were very clear and easy to follow… we love Destin and loved this home! We are a family of 4 and brought along grandma and great grandma, the place accommodated all of our needs and very roomy… we felt at home with a beautiful pool view off the patio ( where my 1 1/2 year-old was safe to sit out in her little chair and watch everyone in the pool) staying in and going down to the pool, around the corner grocery store (stocked kitchen appliances) walking distance to the beach and restaurants…lots to do if you want to be busy but comfy and fun just staying in the resort.. .. great host .. we are definitely coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ackerman Boat House! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was stocked with all the essentials—plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, coffee, condiments, etc…,and a fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The hosts, Derek and Marti, were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The toys provided were a huge hit with my grandkids and added an extra layer of fun to our trip. The fenced backyard gave us peace of mind while kids were playing and our pet was out. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—just perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We truly had nothing but good things to say about this stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be booking again!

We rented this house for the weekend. We are local and knew the area well so it was exciting the house was available. I explained to Max what we were hoping to use the house for (Prom Weekend) and established open communication and trust. Myself and another mom were present at all times and the kids absolutely loved the pool, ping pong table and outdoor loungers. They bonded all weekend and will never forget the amazing weekend they had at the beach house. We had one small housekeeping issue that we noticed upon arrival, and I emailed Max who immediately sent an Instacart remedy along with a bunch of chocolates. Truly unexpected and so responsive. I really liked working with Max and found our stay to be memorable and wonderful. Thank you for an incredible time. I could not recommend this Airbnb rental more.

This stay was nothing short of perfect. Beginning with the home, everything about it was HOME. We ended up not using the downstairs bedroom. The living room was very spacious and the couch and loveseat were extremely comfortable. The blankets in the living room had quite a strong odor, but nothing that wasn’t solved with a trip through the washer. The screened in back porch was the highlight of the trip for my wife and I. Morning coffee and meal time took place out there and it was so peaceful and perfect. The upstairs king bedroom was great with the additional air unit up there to help keep things cool. We fought the fitted sheet every night, though. It didn’t fit quite right, but the bed was very comfortable. The upstairs double full bedroom was very accommodating for our two boys. The downstairs bathroom was wonderful, minus the inside shower curtain being a few sizes too small. We had to be sure and be conscious of water getting out. But overall, this home was PERFECT for us.

The place looks just like the pictures. We came here with 8 people (3 adults, 3 teenagers, and 2 kids) and there was so much space for everyone. It was nice to be able to be in a shared space but also have enough room for everyone to be in our space at times. The house came stocked with a good starting number of necessities - toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, etc. (We were there a week). The beds were comfortable, the TVs in the room were a nice addition, and the kitchen was probably my favorite part of the house because it was so big and spacious. The location of the house is perfect; we went to beach in Navarre one day, Destin 45 min out another, and Pensacola 1hr out another day. The host also was very responsive in answering questions. Would definitely recommend this property!

This place is an absolute gem—one of our very favorite Airbnbs! Mark and Melinda went above and beyond—extra clean condo, comfy beds, quality towels, beautiful decor, snacks, extra toothbrushes, etc. It was the little details that meant the most to us. The resort grounds were beautiful as well and the pool was super clean. A quick, easy walk to the beach (where we spent most of our time). Check in was super quick and easy. We can’t say enough good things about this property! A wonderful experience all around!
