Ross was an excellent host. He was helpful and available without being intrusive. He was extremely polite and accommodating, considering our frequent change of plans with an out-of-state wedding. The location was perfect, with access to all the local fun things to do, but far enough away that it felt like a safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The house itself was perfect for our needs, with many amenities and comfort of home to make our long stay much more manageable.

Great place to stay, looked exactly like the pictures. I had a medical emergency and the hosts went above and beyond to support me and make sure I was ok. I am grateful for their responsiveness and willingness to support any way they could. Wonderful hosts!!!

The house was clean and organized It had many things that we did not expect, equipped both in the kitchen and laundry and things to take to the beach, it was excellent, the pool was clean with many toys to use, excellent service

This was the perfect stay for my finance and I. The location was minutes from the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton. The space was clean, cozy, and quiet! Although smaller, it’s exactly as pictured (which we clearly knew). Plus, how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?? We were excited to find additional towels in the bathroom, extra beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet, too! We’d stay again for sure!

This was our 2nd time staying with Hillary. What sets this place apart is the location in Navarre to the beach and other activities and the absolute gem of a back yard. The neighborhood and backyard oasis was our home away from home especially for our 7 and 10 year old boys and our Labrador Retriever. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

The host was amazing and the house was very clean and homey. The sofa bad wasn’t working for us and the host was notified and asked if it was going to affect the sleeping arrangements. It did not because there was an air mattress and pack and play available for use. Great place to stay would absolutely recommend

Vicky was very responsive and helpful with any information I needed. He provided recommendations and directions prior to my arrival. Very accommodating and the space was large and fit my family of 4 perfectly!

Patrick was a great house - he proactively reached out every step of the way to answer questions before they came up. The house was clean when we got there and we didn’t have any issues with the property during our stay. I would recommend and stay there again.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

The house was perfect for our party of 14! The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space. The pool is amazing, it was about 10ft deep but still had a nice shallow end for the kids. There’s a target and gas station nearby, and the house is in a great area. They have everything you need for the beach, as well as a nice laundry room. We enjoyed our time here and plan on coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Parker’s place. It was easy to find, the pool was awesome, and the balcony was super cozy with a great view. The beach bag and chairs were such a nice bonus—we definitely put them to good use. Overall, just a solid spot to relax and unwind. Would happily stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ackerman Boat House! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was stocked with all the essentials—plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, coffee, condiments, etc…,and a fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The hosts, Derek and Marti, were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The toys provided were a huge hit with my grandkids and added an extra layer of fun to our trip. The fenced backyard gave us peace of mind while kids were playing and our pet was out. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—just perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We truly had nothing but good things to say about this stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Everything was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described (if not better). The house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, but the highlight for us was definitely the pool — absolutely perfect for lounging and spending quality time together. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again! The home was about 10 mins from Ookalosa Island and about 25 from Destin Beaches, we had a publix and Walmart within 10 mins of the home which was so convenient for all our last minute needs (always some last minute needs with kiddos)

Louis’s space was perfect for our stay. Super nice and has everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was amazing, and the bidet was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the pool with our coffee each morning. Close to several good restaurants in both PCB and Rosemary.

The property was great. Our son had fun feeding the goats and our dogs enjoyed all the free space. The cottage was just what we needed and more. Drinking our coffee on the front porch, admiring the huge magnolia every morning, was the perfect start to our days. We can’t wait to book again for our next vacation.

Great location: three minute, easy walk to the beach. They provide high quality beach gear for your convenience. Very clean unit with all necessities stocked. Elie was very responsive and an accommodating host!

This was a great location. We were traveling and needed a place to stay for the night before the second leg of the trip. This home was perfect. It was private, renovated, and absolutely spotless. The location is 2 minutes away from several grocery stores and restaurants within town and about 30ish minutes away from the beaches. They did a great job with decorating this home. Did I say it was SPOTLESS!? The host made checking in seamless and was readily available if we needed anything. I would 100% stay here again if I was in the area.
