Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Niceville

We had an extended stay for a work trip and things couldn't have gone more smoothly! Natalie was very responsive (including flexibility about an earlier check-in and being able to repair an unexpected maintenance issue at a time that worked with my schedule). The condo was very clean and beautifully situated right on the harbour. If I'm ever in the area again this is where I would stay.

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

Had a great stay! The place was super clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Monica truly thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Lovely cozy place! The check-in was not as smooth as I hope but I blame our tiredness. The hosts were super responsive especially give the late hours. It has everything you need for a family beach vacation. The place is perfect for kids, the little beach across the condo is just magical, pretty private and with pristine water. The beach across the street is super easy and accessible, the fishing pier offers the best views of the sunset; but the crown jewel is the Gulf Island Seashore, absolutely wonderful beach a short drive away, we saw fish, and jellyfish and crabs and gorgeous turquoise water. 10/10 only regret it’s how short was our stay

Very quaint and clean place! Kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything you could need and the bed was super comfortable! We were able to check in early as well, as the host was very accommodating for an early check in since it was available. This is located right in the heart of Destin, so everything was within 5-10 minutes of our stay. Will definitely look forward to future stays here!

This is a great place if your looking for something clean, close to the beach! I loved the fact that to get it it was very safe and private. I didn’t have any issues at all my entire stay. Everything is so close it’s in the perfect spot!

Great place to stay and a close walk to the beach. Lauren was always responsive in a timely manner. The only thing I thought could be different is providing two rolls of toilet paper instead of one.

The home was incredible and everything we were hoping for and more! The neighborhood was very peaceful and we enjoyed walking around in the early mornings. Victor is a great host, very friendly and happy to provide helpful recommendations.

Love this place! This is our 2nd time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we come to the area. The house is big and beautiful inside and out, the views are amazing and if you have a boat or jetskis you're a 15-20 minute ride from crab island. Kent is a great host and is very responsive! Thanks again, we'll be back!

Beautiful, peaceful, and restful! My only complaint was not getting to stay longer due to only passing through the area. Well worth the overnight stay though with beautiful plantings to admire and peaceful pond environment to take in while resting from our travels. We all slept well and would love to come back if the opportunity presents. Thank you so much for being a gracious and helpful host, Steve!

We definitely enjoyed our weekend stay. All expectations were met and communication from Christina was fast. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

This house was exactly what we needed, great pool that the kids loved! We had an issue with A/C when we got there but reached out to Anna and within 30 minutes a technician was there and it was fixed! Appreciate the fast response and fixing the issue.

We loved staying at this little cottage! It’s a great location and very peaceful. It’s beautifully decorated! It was clean and the beds were so comfy! We will definitely stay again on an upcoming visit!

Nancy was an excellent host, very pleasant in our interactions, and accommodating when we needed to leave a day early. The house suited or work needs very well.

Reginas place was extremely beautiful, inviting, and most importantly comfortable. We really enjoyed the keyless entry as it was very convenient. The beach is right across the street & the views from the balcony are stunning. We really enjoyed sitting out on tbe balcony in the evenings. The kids loved not only the beach, but the pool and hot tub on site too. All the amentities provided such as laundry pods, snacks, a whole chest full of beach necessities, beach chairs, etc. You need it? Reginas got it. We so much enjoyed our stay in Destin and hope to return in the future.

Absolutely loved the condo! Great views-saw lots of manatees & a huge sea turtle. Layla was a wonderful host and made last minute accommodations for us. Lots to do and eat around us. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Great place to get away! Quiet, clean, and cozy condo! Friendly neighbors. Karen was awesome with her communications and speedy responses. She made our experience very smooth. Would definitely recommend to others! For us, it was kind of troublesome walking up and down the stairs, when it came to transferring items / luggages, and so on. It’s clearly listed, in the description that the condo is on the 3rd level. So I knew it, it just didn’t sink in until we experienced it. Just being transparent, but our overall experience was exceptional! Thanks again Karen !
