Jason's place is beautiful, peaceful, and easily accessible. His staff, Arelis and Alejandro were gracious, helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Arelis always went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable and taken care of. The internet was fast. The kitchen and home was clean and had several amenities and supplies. The property is picturesque and the house grand. I already miss it! If we experienced issues or concerns his staff and Jain were quick to address and resolve it.

had a great time at this place, the view and location is amazing, dishes and appliances are a bit old and run down, had no problems only thing was there’s nothing in the listing about paying if you go over a certain amount of electricity. we were 5 people in a house meant for up to 10, we were VERY mindful about keeping lights and AC off used it only at night and not even for a full night in only 2 out of 3 rooms and we still went over and had to pay extra which i couldn’t help but feel cheated out of that money. for that reason i would not return.

This is a beautiful house and the view is exactly as pictured! We spent three weeks here and had an amazing time spending each day in the pool and evenings watching sunset. Dan has great recommendations, communication, and a guest discount to his catamaran tour which is tons of fun. We were three people working remotely and occasionally faced problems with power outages, often multiple times per week and day. If you are working remotely I would recommend flexibility and/or also having a local sim/ external data connection to avoid issues. However, I will mention that these issues are not unique to Dan's place and can be expected at any location in San Juan del Sur. The house attendants are readily available for anything you might need, however we sometimes faced miscommunication issues in regards to cleanings and laundry. I would highly recommend Dan's place for a relaxing vacation and remote work, you cannot beat the pool and view!

Excellent accommodation, the host and the manager of the house are very helpful, attentive! The views are unbelievable. Point to note, upon reaching Playa el Coco, there is to take the old road and not be guided x Waze as this leads you down the new road under construction x which complicates the journey to the house. Everything else, Excellent! 100% recommended!

Hana was a great host! Her place is beautiful and modern, nicely nestled in a lush jungle environment. You can tell that she put a lot of work into her home — high quality furniture, artisan utensils, beautiful bowls and plates — the Airbnb had all the amenities you can think of, and whenever we had issues, Hana was always prompt to resolve them for us. We can’t wait to be back!

We had a beautiful family experience at Cara y su Casa Cartagena. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a weekend filled with shared meals and fun. The rustic style was absolutely charming, but what truly stood out was the incredible assistance from the cleaning and maintenance staff. They were attentive at all times and managed to resolve minor issues in record time. It was a perfect stay, and we would return without a doubt.

We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

We had an amazing stay here. We actually wished we had an extra day to just chill and enjoy the pool and view. Saw so many birds, monkeys, and a sloth. Def need an SUV for the area and the roads leading to the house. Also, you are in the wild, so expect critters to be around. Nothing was in our bed, and we slept fine, though! Communication was quick and easy, and everything was great. We were glad we were away from the noise of the town and figured we would have to drive to the beaches anyway, so we might as well get something with a view! 10/10 recommend!

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Cooper from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Gabriel Zamora was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions I had. The space itself was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The private balconies and the kitchen ‘s stunning view was was breathtaking. The house wooden, charming vintage furniture, as well as its decorations really made the place feel special. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach villa in Nicaragua! The location is perfect – just steps away from the best beach, where we could enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of the waves all day long. The villa itself is beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We felt completely secure throughout our stay, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere. An added bonus were the stairs down to the beach….which added some daily exercise. We would stay here again – it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Unbelievable Ocean View Home with Resort Amenities, Perfectly Located! We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, just a block away from town and four blocks from the beach. The ocean views from the property are truly unbelievable! Every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramas that made each day special. The home is located in a private, safe and quiet gated community which offers resort-like amenities including a full time concierge, a club house, snack bar and swimming pool, outdoor gym, co-working space and even chef and massage services, that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The proximity to both the town and beach was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to local shops, restaurants, and seaside activities without needing to drive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious escape with exceptional views and prime location!

Pablo’s place has a beautiful view and place is spotless and spacious. For my listing I put down 14 guest and even though we had that many people there was more than enough room for everyone to get comfortable and do their thing. The person in charge of taking care of the house is Santiago, he is super friendly/reliable and fast to help guests with anything during the stay. (I hope Pablo takes good care of him!!). I would definitely recommend him to anyone and stay here again if I visit San Juan del Sur again.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at window in Las olas. 2nd time visiting hacienda iguana and I didn’t think it would be possible to top our first trip but we decided to stay at a different house and boy, this place exceeded our expectations - very clean, spacious, and directly in front of Playa Colorados. Highly recommend doing a catering option for food if you’re traveling with a group of people… ask for Martha! James was so easy to work with and we all are excited to book again next year!

The host Mary Jane was absolutely amazing. The Airbnb was beautiful, the photos did not do it justice. The house was roomy and the decor was very nice. It was in a closed off gate and private with a guard on duty every night. Mary sent so many awesome recommendations for us to go and eat. She even arranged taxis for us and was super responsive. She was very nice with my family and personable, she remembered every little details about them and accommodated my grandmother. I will definitely be back and I couldn’t recommend her enough! 10/10 experience

We really enjoyed our experience. This was a last minute booking and Anita was so very responsive and helpful with everything. The house was beautiful and the pool was very refreshing after time touring the city. WiFi worked great and was speedy. We had only one issue locating the place, but seemed to be from a bad google map link. Anita was on top of teh issue and we got it corrected quickly. Great host response the entire stay.

Perfect place to spend time with big family or large group! Beautifully decorated and includes all that you would need for a great time. We felt right at home!

Mario's villa is absolutely charming, a strategic place to visit San Juan del Sur is a safe residential complex and easily accessible the view is beautiful, the place has a play area, gardens, swimming pool and a good restaurant. The villa is equipped, has air conditioning, comfortable and clean beds. Mario is an excellent host who responded kindly to our queries. We definitely hope to visit this beautiful villa again. Thanks so much for having us.

The villa is very nice and comfortable, well equipped to provide all the necessary comforts, the place is very quiet, the officials are very friendly and the hostess is very attentive and kind. The amenities of the villas very nice, well equipped, always clean and tidy I would definitely go again!!
