Beach house holiday rentals in Nicaragua

I loved this home! Everything was so open & close to the beach! Sebastian made getting around easy & helped whenever we needed.

Unbelievable location. Right on the beach in front of an amazing break. House is open and beautiful. Perfect indoor outdoor living. Just absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing week and fell in love with the community there. It’s a very special place and James is an excellent host- very responsive. We hope to be back!

Lacie was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. She is a wonderful host and communicated great! She is available for any questions and the area is just beautiful and the all the people are very very friendly. Her place is gorgeous and better than you’ll expect. One of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed. 10/10!!

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop

Home is absolutely beautiful. Surfing was awesome and so convenient. Great options for restaurants with great food. Over the top customer service! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Some tips: Bring cash to avoid credit card fees. Rent a car if you are planning to do sightseeing outside property otherwise renting a golf cart works great. Watch for fisherman on beach selling lobster, etc to cook up for dinner in the beautiful kitchen. Fly into Nicaragua vs Liberia, (if relevant), you’ll save a lot of time and headache crossing the border. Schedule fishing expedition through your host, they have great connections and we came home with lots of fresh fish for dinner. Buy groceries on the way, onsite grocery store is limited and more expensive. Take advantage of market on certain days of the week for fresh fruit and vegetables. Make sure you get everything you need, this property doesn’t stock the basics (eg salt, pepper,etc)

Carmen is great to communicate with and her home is beautiful. The beach is your backyard and there was security during the duration of our trip, so we felt safe the whole time. The housekeepers made us breakfast on one of the days we were there which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I felt very comfortable in the Salitre. I was even allowed to put my belongings in the fridge before checking in. The house is spacious, well furnished and has everything you need. It is only a 2-minute walk to the beach. I thought it was great that I was able to bring my small dog easily. The managers take care of them warmly. Overall, I felt very comfortable in the house. I'd love to come back to Salitre...

We had an EXCELLENT experience in this house. The staff who received us were extremely friendly and the house was extremely clean. Extremely attentive and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would return many times with my whole family!

The house is perfect to get away from the city and connect with nature and mainly with the peace that the sea transmits. A very private and at the same time safe residence. Our expectations were totally surpassed! The house is very complete and that makes it even easier to stay.

Gabriela is very responsible, she always responds to messages immediately. The house is very nice and cozy. The only thing I would change is the consumption of light, I think that should be included in the price! Turtles are certainly a too special touch.

From the very beginning, Clare and Sacha made us feel so welcome in their space. When we walked in the door, all of us did a collective gasp. The love and attention that went into building the space is so obvious. The huts are beautifully designed, and have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, and we loved swimming and rinsing in the outdoor shower. The location was great to walk to the beach. They recommended us lots of great local transportation and food options. The breakfast that their staff cooked was delicious. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The house had all the comforts of home; fantastic kitchen which had everything you need, big bathrooms and ultra comfortable beds! The grounds and pool area were gorgeous and were definitely the highlight! It was so peaceful and private - just heaven. Watching the monkeys swing up above you in the trees and listening to the birds was just magical. Indalecio was so lovely and catered to our every whim! Jim and Suzie, the owners, were an absolute delight and Becky was on top of all of our questions. We loved El Gigante, especially Redonda Bay! We will miss Luna and Charlie Max!!

A peaceful and comfortable place. The ac was such a relief from the 90+ temps outside, which made sleeping so comfortable. The first night there was a power outage. We since learned this is very unusual for more than a a couple minutes. But maybe pack a little battery fan just in case. So far it's our favorite spot to stay in Guasacate. Very spacious, peaceful, and secluded.. The stars were beautiful. Ian and Sydney answered any questions we had promptly. 5 stars!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, and the pool was definitely a highlight. The rooms were comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Communication with the host was excellent.

We were lucky to book this place in San Juan. A real gem a short walk from town with great access to everything. The house is incredible with everything that you need to have a great time - jacuzzi, BBQ, amazing kitchen all surrounded by incredible views. if you book with Tanguy, you will not be disappointed! We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope!
