Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Newton County

First and foremost, I want to thank you for an amazing stay! I highly recommend this house! peaceful, close enough to everything you want to do, but far enough that it is peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, but everyone local is friendly. This house is clean, nice, affordable, and Harvey responds quickly. He is friendly. If we come back your way, I would stay again, as long as you are willing to have us! Thank you for everything!

Great stay at in Covington. House was a great size for our group with plenty of room to spread out. Amenities are nice and worth noting. Wade is on top of things and communicates well. I could see us coming back for another stay.

Great stay the family did not want to leave wish the place was available for our entire stay. The lake is beautiful and the area is peaceful we got great nights sleep and everything you would need to cook and do laundry is available with clear instructions. Everything is updated in the home and reflects the photos depicted. Great co-host communication We will be back!!

Clorinda was an amazing host! Her home was very comfy and had everything we needed! I took a vacation with my mom and 4 kids and everyone had an amazing time! Everyone loved the pool. We also brought our dog and Clorinda even had a crate for him it was perfect! The home has a private backyard with an awesome swingset for kids! The home is not far from restaurants or stores! thank you for sharing your home with us! Georgia has won over our heart.

This is where we stay every time we visit the area.(if it’s available) Very close to our family & very home like, comfortable and private. I could really write a book on how great this place is. So if you are in the area, looking for the perfect Airbnb that will offer a safe, nice, clean space for you and your family, this is the place. Katrina and/or co-host are very responsive & very friendly. We appreciate the hospitality.

First of all, the picture does this place no justice!! Very clean and beautiful!! Home was pristine and immaculate!! Probably ruined it for any Airbnb I will stay at in the future and has honestly spoiled my wife and I. Currently at another Airbnb in Florida for my son’s graduation and we hate it compared to Yosa’s property!! It was so beautiful, that we had to keep telling our 4 year old and 1 year old twins to sit down, and not touch anything because we didn’t want anything to get damaged. With that being said, only flaw that I can think of is that it isn’t 100 percent kid friendly because it is just so beautiful, and there are a lot of things that can be easily broken. So, if you have kids that love to get into everything and break things, I wouldn’t recommend, unless you you don’t mind paying to replace, items in the home, which honestly look very expensive. We loved our stay at Darren's place. It was perfect for 6 adults. It was very clean and comfortable and just as described on the listing. We walked to Emory University and the restaurants at Emory Village. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the big beautiful backyard. We will definely stay here again.

Second time in the lovely apparement of Debra and Denis. I enjoyed every moment ! The location is perfect, in the middle of a park, with the city centre easily accessible by bike. The neighborhood is amazing with a grocery and restaurants close by. Debra and Denis care for you feeling at home. A must!

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

host allowed us to check in super late after our flight was delayed, which was super helpful and nice. apartment was really nice and clean inside, tv in every room.

We absolutely loved this home ! Our host was so awesome too! We came down for a wedding from New York and after a long drive this house was so clean, spacious, convenient and soooooo comfy. The pool was very very clean and the garden around it was so beautiful and neat. It made a beautiful background for pictures. Our host was very helpful , kind and very fast at replying. 100% recommend staying here !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Conyers, Georgia while in town for my son’s wedding. Several family members stayed together, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and had a great time fishing in the pond. The peaceful, scenic setting provided the perfect backdrop for some relaxation between wedding events. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and we appreciated how close the property was to shopping and how easy it was to get to the airport. Jorge was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything go smoothly. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and serene place to gather with family or friends.

Sara communicated perfectly. It was a lovely home in a lovely area. Home is at a busy intersection. But private because of the landscaping. We enjoyed the back deck in the evenings.

Samantha was an amazing host! She was very hands-on. She made sure our arrival was seamless and no details were spared! We needed some support during our stay with a few things.
