We loved everything about our stay! The house was so cute, clean and exactly as described. Thoughtful and fun decor and toys for kids was a big plus. Tonyia was quick to respond and very helpful. There was a book of instructions/info in the house that was also useful. Overall this house was a perfect place to stay and we will absolutely stay again!

I planned a few days at Grandfather Mountain and the surrounding area. Chris’ location was perfect, just a few minutes away. It was clean and comfortable and it was exactly as described. It was very well stocked and had lots of little extras, including area information and even having the light/fan switches labeled for convenience. I definitely recommend his house and plan to use it again when I’m in the area.

Our family loved staying at Jared’s home. Lovely space, quiet but easy to get to Boone and Blowing Rock. Plenty of room for a family of five and we will certainly try to stay here again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful home in a lakefront community. We loved the separate living areas and the games for our older kids. Hot tub was a hit as well. We could have used the community pool but did not bring swimsuits. Next time!

Amy’s home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It was in a very quiet and peaceful area. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s house. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of three. It was conveniently close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! Meredith was quick with communication and responses. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. The outdoor space with a view of the mountains was amazing! We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck and watching the world change colors at dawn and dusk. Kitchen was well-equipped. Not too far from town, but far enough to be quiet, peaceful and scenic. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this one.

This place is very secluded in the woods, very scenic! I saw a bunch of deer! It was very clean, WiFi was in and out, not a great signal downstairs where the bedroom is. Place was very clean, great for my short stay. One thing, which Michele did warn beforehand, there is no cell service for a mile or 2 when coming in. Waze took me up Howell Rd, which is not correct! If you are coming from the south on Rebels Creek Rd go past Howell and then a left on Castanea St. Very easy once I figured that out. Also make sure to get groceries beforehand. Your only real option is the Walmart in Spruce Pine, the Ingles has been closed since the hurricane. Overall a great stay! All brand new appliances and very pleasant! A+ Will definitely stay here again!

It was further off the paved road than expected but it was very accommodating. Owners were kind and responsive. Nice place

Hayley’s place was amazing! It was tucked away and super peaceful. It made a cozy getaway from being on the ski slopes all day!

Second stay. Wonderful place for larger groups/families. Winds knocked power lines down & small fire started. Brittany not only messaged me to make sure we were okay, she also sent her dad over to check on us! Can’t ask for a better host. This is home away from home.

This was first solo trip and airbnb experience and it was amazing. Everything was spotless and it was extremely nice to play house for a couple days. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean, the bathroom was a nice space to relax and wash, bedroom was beautiful and the bed was so soft. Their dog Buck hang out with me for a little bit outside on the patio one morning and was the sweetest thing ever! Both hosts I got to speak with were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short drive to scenic hiking trails and local wineries. The home was spotless upon arrival, and we especially appreciated the incredibly comfortable king bed and excellent water pressure in both showers. Thoughtful touches like fresh eggs, coffee, and bottled water made us feel right at home. The host’s recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on and much appreciated. To top it all off, the house is surrounded by beautiful scenery that added to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend

It was a wonderful, warm and cozy place to stay. There are neighbors but we remained private. The bed was comfortable and I fell in love with the cozy shower. It was perfect for two. I will be staying again.

Sheryl's place was one of the best air b n b's that we have rented the inside was clean, the hot tub was spectacular (especially with the sun setting) and it was very quiet/peaceful! The unit was very convenient to downtown sugar mountain, Boone and grandfather mountain. Sheryl provided a guide detailing instructions on the unit as well as nearby recommendations, which were helpful. We would gladly stay here again next time we take a trip to the mountains. Thank you for hosting us!!!

We had a great time. Everything was as we expected. We had 8 grand kids with us and they loved the creek. We found 23 salamanders along the driveway. The kitchen had every pot or pan we wanted and was very well stocked. We had the air conditioning go out and there was a repairman there within hours. WE had good communication with the managers.

Fantastic, beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood just minutes from downtown. This is one of the nicest BNBs I have ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin. It is beautifully furnished, spotless, and Brenda is an exceptional host who has thought of everything. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for beautiful amenities, peace and quiet, and a responsive host!

Loved it! Felt right at home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very nicely decorated and all of the furniture is very comfortable. We were so thankful to have comfortable beds at the end of each day. The wrap around porch was a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee and we enjoyed eating our meals at the table in the porch. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for preparing our meals. The location was great, with many attractions within 20-30 minutes. If we’re ever in the areas again we’ll hope to stay here again.

Staying at the cottage was an absolute pleasure! It was clean & tidy. The beds are super comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Coffee & s’more makings were provided. The coffee maker does both regular drip & k-cups. The location of the cottage made getting to all of the great hiking spots a breeze. We hiked the Balds one day and another closer trail the following day. We will definitely be back as this is such an ideal location and so beautiful! It was so nice having the fenced in yard for our dog - Nancy even provides leashes, treats and poo bags for the pups! Nancy was easy to reach with questions, provided great recommendations, and went above and beyond when we experienced a weather issue that impacted our departure. I would highly recommend staying at Nancy’s cottage!
