Great location for downtown St John’s, pretty much anything you’re looking for is within walking distance. Lovely heritage home that allowed our group to stay together one last day & night reminiscing about our East Coast Trail experiences.

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed our time with friends and family at the house. Lots of room to hang out, and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Patricia answered my questions quickly. Easy waking distance to restaurants and a beautiful park. Parking for two cars but lots of street parking close by also. Would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed Beth’s AirBNB. It was warm and inviting, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the backyard patio for morning coffee or after dinner drinks! Walking distance to many great places, this is a perfect place to stay while in St. John’s!

It was our first time at St. John’s and David’s bnb was the perfect bnb for our group of five people. The place is better than the pictures and the house had everything for a long stay.

Derek and Ana have a great place in a great location. We had to extend our stay and were very accommodating. We look forward to staying there again the future

Ryan was very responsive and helpful when we asked for local spots to visit. His recommendations did not disappoint. We felt at home at his place and enjoyed the location as we were able to walk to many points of interest.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement, les enfant ont bien aimé. La maison est situé dans un endroit paisible et retiré, tout en étant à proximité de toutes les activités à faire. Le logement lui-même est magnifique, très confortable et parfaitement adapté pour une grande famille. Le logement est situé au cenctre vile, à quelque pas de la mer/la plage. L’hôte est extrêmement sympathique et répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. À refaire sans hésiter ! Merci pour tout!

Ginette was very easy to communicate with. Her reply time is very quick and greatly appreciated. She was very accommodating when requiring additional space and our workers loved the place. We had a few workers stay from Nova Scotia and said the local area was nice and what made it better was staying in such a warm, welcoming place. Should we return to the area, we would definitely book Ginnette's place again.

Hi Nyasha. Our stay was great, thank you! Here are some constructive comments to make your place even better. The door on the dishwasher needs to be fixed. It free falls instead of a controlled opening. The bedroom in the garage was a surprise. We didn’t use the bbq, but your instructions referred to putting on the cover for it. There wasn’t one. The tub and sink in the main bathroom upstairs need to be cleared out. They drained slowly. Paul

My stay at this duplex cottage was excellent! Helene was incredibly responsive from the moment I booked until the end of my stay. All necessary instructions were provided upfront, which eliminated any guesswork or confusion. She also sent a list of nearby stores and attractions, including a delicious smokehouse one minute away! The cottage itself was very clean, with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. Only regret was not being able to enjoy the yard because there were too many mosquitoes when we were there.

Awesome find - very clean, and walkable to the downtown spots. Loved the basement setup, we hung out there every night after long days hiking around. Would definitely book again.

Michelle’s home is absolutely beautiful and was such a comfortable visit. Everything was clean and tidy, the house is very well-stocked, and we had everything we needed to feel right at home- not to mention the beautiful decor! The home is located in a great part of town, so we had quiet and peaceful stay. Michelle was so helpful with her instructions and even had everything labelled for our convenience. Valerie's is a terrific Airbnb. The home is wonderful, beautifully updated, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location along the river and close to the ocean boardwalk. We highly recommend it.

A perfect place. Ideally located within walking distance of the downtown. The location itself was extremely peaceful. We enjoyed the three bedrooms with ensuites. The kitchen was ideal for us to create fancy meals. The sitting room had very comfortable furniture. All in all an excellent stay.
