Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Newcastle

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

This was a gorgeous place. Belfast was a cute little town not far away. We enjoyed eating at Rollies Bar and Grilland walking around town. Hannaford grocery store was close with average prices. We had approximately 1 1/2 hour drive when we visited Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor which were exceptional. We enjoyed the food at Geddys and Bar Harbor Inn. We also traveled to Owls head lighthouse and hiked through Camden State Park. This was a nice location we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Lovely location on the water. Some white traffic noise but worth it watching the boats and wildlife! Comfy bed. We slept very well. Well-stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for lots of little day trips. Our only disappointment was the size of the smallest room. It’s very tiny. Great for a child but pretty tight for our adult son. Host was attentive. We will be back!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

Everything was as described! Very tranquil setting. Loved sitting on both the sunporch and deck watching the boats go by. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. NIce to relax without the distraction of tv for a change. Enjoyed their Bose radio.. Also the verizon phone /computer connection was excellent. It was a great home base for exploring the mid coast of Maine. Lots of good restaurants near by and the owner offered many heloful hints as to what to see, where to est and what to do. His communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

Boo and Jonathan’s place is the definition of “the perfect air bnb”. This place truly felt like home - it was well designed, inviting, and charming. The small details (such as the delicious homemade pumpkin bread), the cozy blankets, fresh flowers and binder of local recommendations were all noticed and appreciated. We had the most wonderful stay - thank you!

Another great stay in downtown Brunswick. The studio space was perfect for a quiet stay in a great neighborhood. You are steps from everything. It was so convenient with our little pups to be able to walk them in the private yard and the neighborhood around us. Street was very quiet. Great parking and the hot tub such a plus when returning from family obligations and long travel days. Thank you for making our trip so easy!

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Spencer’s place. It was very convenient to Bowdoin College where we were attending multiple events.

I cannot say enough about Emily's place. My wife and I needed a place to stay for one night to attend a function in Bath. The place was more than charming with every little detail well thought out. Next time we will need to stay longer and do more in the area. We highly recommend Emily's place, walking distance to the downtown area, clean, comfortable, spacious and as I said earlier charming as all get up!

Really enjoyed my extended stay. Spring was so accommodating and reached out throughout my three week stay to check-in and make sure I had everything I needed. The property was tucked away, but right in town making it walkable, but also private. This is a great spot to stay with an awesome host!

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at Diane's. Not far from the Oakland Overlook, great view for while you're there. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Tysons place. Its a perfect location, only like 5-10 minutes drive from Old Port. The home is clean and beautiful. Street parking was super easy. Always space right on the side of the home. Each room has its own A/C. Would definitely recommend staying at Tysons place!

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.

We’ve stayed here 3x so far and will always come back. This place is such a unique stay with live music right below. You can open the balcony doors and see and hear the ocean. The home is always clean and feels very homey. We truly love it here and will always choose to stay at this airbnb.
