Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin size bunks. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Historic Downtown Newburgh

Restored 1938 home with original oak floors. You will have this sunny and homey house all to yourself. We have WiFi. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 3 blocks from the Ohio River and the River Walk. There are a couple of restaurants that overlook the river and within walking distance. We have plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas, a theatre and only 10 minutes from the east side of Evansville. Newburgh is a great walking town with historical houses and civil war history.

My daughter and I had the most incredible experience staying at Moonlight Hollow. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. We loved spending time with the family, hanging out, learning about the animals on the farm, and even bottle-feeding baby goats! It was such a special and memorable experience. The owner’s energy is so calming and welcoming. She did a Reiki session for me that was exactly what I needed. I felt truly seen, safe, and at peace. The camper was perfect for the two of us, cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower, which was such a fun and refreshing touch. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The entire family is down-to-earth and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel cared for. We can’t wait to come back!

This house was so perfect for us! Our family loved it. The story behind it is worth reading when you go. Very comfortable, peaceful, plenty of space, very clean, and close to everything. Erica was so sweet and awesome to get to know! She was very understanding and attentive. There is a reason why it's called a cozy corner, because the apartment was clean, comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed our time there. It had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying at The Cozy Corner.

Great little house. At first I was hesitant about how close the houses were but the neighbors on both sides were super helpful and welcoming. Great location. Downtown Newburgh is just a few minutes away. The house is clean and exactly how described. I would definitely stay here again. I'm always thankful for a responsive Airbnb host, and a safe and welcoming place to stay. Definitely recommend.
