Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nettuno

Der Garten des Hauses war traumhaft schön. Auch mit Außendusche, Sitzmöglichkeiten, ohne Einblick von außen. Das Haus war groß und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade war, dass die Schränke komplett voll waren und man seine Kleidung nicht einräumen konnte, sondern aus Koffern leben musste. Die Dusche in einem Bade war defekt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir die Außendusche traumhaft fanden und immer nutzten.

Vacanze top, siamo stati in questa bellissima villa. Grande con tanti letti, due bagni di cui uno con idromassaggio. Giardino molto grande. Dietro la casa una campo molto grande ma soprattutto recintato, per chi come noi viaggia con i cani è il posto ideale. Tutto ben curato e un orto a disposizione con tanti pomodori, ortaggi e basilico fresco. La sera abbiamo sempre cenato sul portico dietro la villa dove abbiamo goduto del fresco serale. Paolo purtroppo non l'abbiamo conosciuto di persona ma siamo stati sempre in contatto telefonico ed è stato molto attento alla nostra permanenza. Noi ci torneremo di sicuro. Eravamo 6 più due cani e avanzavano le camere. Nota negativa, quando vai via ti manca la casa. Grazie Paolo

Super eingerichtete Wohnung, an alles gedacht. Vom Fliegenschutz an den Fenstern bis zu Deckenventilatoren. Der Pool war super, vor allem bei der starken Hitze. Sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr freundlicher Hausmeister vor Ort, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben, wir würden wiederkommen.

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

De accomodatie was brandschoon, sfeervol ingericht, 3 slaapkamers en met een complete keuken (incl. een bbq, kruiden, koffiezetapparaten, waterkoker en goede pannen e.d.) werd ons verblijf zeer aangenaam. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Lucia met een rondleiding en tips over Rome en omgeving. De kachel werd ook nog even aangedaan, omdat we het zo koud hadden bij binnenkomst. Door de balkons aan de voor- en achterzijde van de accomodatie kan je de gehele dag van de zon genieten. Er is genoeg meubilair aanwezig. Het uitzicht vanaf de balkons is prachtig. De tuin is groot en mooi onderhouden. Op verzoek van onze zoon werd het gras gemaaid door de 'caretaker' . Het voetbalveld met 2 doeltjes kon in gebruik genomen worden.

Äuserlich nicht besonders schön und in einer uninteresanten Vorstattlage aber , innen , sehr schön gestaltet . Tolles Zimmer . Super Frühstück! Empfehlenwert !

It was an amazing stay! Exactly like described, in the middle of nature , relaxing.. We had long walks around the Azienda Agricola in the middle of their agricolture .. They sell their own produce We will definitely come back! Thanks to Laura , she is an amazing host! … and the food of their restaurant is genuine and delicious! Everything tastes insane!

La casa di Yulia è deliziosa, arredata con comodo e curata nei minimi dettagli. I letti e il divano sono comodissimi. Grazie ai ventilatori si dorme bene anche nelle notti più calde. Belli i giardini, molto curati, ombreggiati e abbastanza ventilati. Highlight assoluto: la doccia outdoor sotto un profumatissimo gelsomino. La posizione della casa è strategica per raggiungere il mare (5 min. a piedi) e i negozi nel centro di Lavinio (5 min.). Yulia è una padrona di casa attenta, premurosa e disponibilissima. La comunicazione è stata perfetta sin dall'inizio. Con i miei due bambini ci siamo trovati benissimo, Yulia ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e accogliente vicino Roma.

Siamo stati veramente bene, l'appartamento è spazioso, situato in zona centralissima con tutti i negozi e ristoranti sotto casa, si può tranquillamente evitare l'uso dell'automobile. La spiaggia dista 5 minuti a piedi, consiglio il lido Bagni Vittoria, economico, personale gentile e disponibile.

Michele e sua moglie sono gentilissimi. Ti fanno sentire come a casa. il giardino è bellissimo, l'appartamento enorme. ho apprezzato soprattutto il fatto che cucinando si potesse ammirare il giardino, che si potesse accedere allo stesso da una porta finestra e cenare fuori sotto il portico. In un'area riservata lontana dal caos in meno di 2 minuti si trovano tutti i servizi possibili. super consogliato

struttura molto bella e spaziosa, perfetta per stare in gruppo! Host bravissimi, simpatici e superdisponibili ! Sono sicuro che sfrutteremo altre volte la struttura in futuro!

Alloggio buono, posizione centrale e comoda ai servizi. La pulizia è stata buona anche se abbiamo rilevato una leggera polvere. Sarebbe stato comodo avere il detersivo per i piatti (dato l'alloggio di pochi giorni non aveva senso comprarne uno apposito). Host reattivo e disponibile che ci ha concesso di fare un check in anticipato. Consigliato!

Séjour inoubliable pour l'ensemble de la famille (10 personnes) dans cette maison avec sa vue exceptionnelle, très pratique et fortement équipée, comme à la maison. Des hôtes très gentils et arrangeants, un cadre royal avec une belle intimité.

Sehr nett und schöne Unterkunft

Elvira und ihr Mann Marco waren sehr sehr warmherzig und super freundlich!! Sie waren immer da, falls wir Hilfe gebraucht haben und standen uns immer zur Verfügung! Die Unterkunft war tadellos, sauber und einfach nur süß. Das Haus ist wunderschön und man kann den Sommer hier vollstens genießen😍 Zum Ende hin haben sie uns sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk gegeben, sehr sehr süß und bedacht🥹 ich kann diese Unterkunft und diese Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Had a wonderful 10 night stay in this lovely location. Without doubt, the best aspect of the rental is the 15m pool, which is so unusual for a small size property. The location is very private, it is not overlooked at all by the few neighbours. The owners live a few km away, so we had the place entirely to ourselves, apart from the resident friendly dog and a few cats. Nerina (the dog) liked being around us, but was never intrusive. She does sometimes bark at things in the night. There is lots of covered area, which was essential for us in July, with a large selection of places to sit and relax. Cushions were provided for the loungers, and we spent many happy hours on the swing seat which was very comfortable. The house itself is full of the owner’s mementos, and although compact was comfortable. The single a/c unit in the lounge was OK for keeping the place cool in the evenings, including the bedroom which doesn’t have (or really need) it’s own unit. There is no oven in the small kitchen, so we had to take care when deciding what to cook. The owners came by each evening to feed the dog, water the plants, and tidy up outside. They were never intrusive, and their English was much better than our very poor Italian. Definitely somewhere we would consider returning to if we come back to this part of Italy.

Elastyczne godziny zameldowania (nawet w późnych godzinach). Duży taras na piętrze. Plaże w zasięgu około 1 kilometra. Dużo marketów i różnego rodzaju knajpek w mieście.

Had an awesome stay at this Airbnb! Spacious and clean house. The garden was nice – a perfect spot to grill with a family. Felt totally safe with the security they had in place. If you're into cooking, you'll love the kitchen setup. Beds were nice and comfy.? AC kept us cool in the heat, and the pool area was just what we needed to beat the heat. Plus, the beach was just a short drive away. Definitely a sweet spot for a vacation!

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.

das haus und die lage atemberaubend👍 wir waren 10 personen (6 erwachsne und 4 kinder) aussenberich mit grossem pool und vielen sonnenbad möglichkeiten top, im haus hat es alles was man braucht. der private zugang zum strand einfach nur grandios👍 auf jeden fall eine reise wert😁 grandios auch die betreung von stefano, grazie😘 liebe grüsse aus der schweiz
