Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. Can you picture yourself in the hot tub after a busy time, stars above you, the sauna warm and a view of the forest – while our rescued piglets gently grunt just outside your cabin? Come unwind at Mighty Pig: a bold yet gentle cabin with air conditioning, wood stove, sauna, hot tub and tandem – right by the animal meadow. A one-night stay is possible, but many guests stay 2 or 3 – the perfect time to truly recharge, and it’s cheaper: you only pay cleaning once and get a discount from night two.

Overnachten bij ons is een unieke ervaring die breng je tot rust en laat je proeven de essentie van de natuur. Oude toegangspoorten en hofjes maken dit tot een perfect geheel. Ons concept is simpel, harmonieus en vol met energie voor degene die open staat om de balans van het leven te (her)vinden.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Ons zelf ontworpen vakantiehuisje met 2 slaapkamers ligt op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam, midden in de velden. Gelegen op een kleinschalig particulier parkje waar wij ook nog een ander vakantiehuisje verhuren, genaamd; Familie Buitenhuys. Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: ​​Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
