Unique and luxury houseboat

romantic experience in the center of amsterdam. a quite and private place near Rijksmuseum and famous squares. the boat has a bathroom,one bedroom and a couch for sleeping so there is room for four persons and is private !tv and internet are available and the kitchen has an oven and microwave ready to use. the neighbourhood has nice restaurants, bars, shops and around the corner walking five minutes along the beautiful reguliersgracht you enter the rembrandtplein. this is a remodeled houseboat that still has its historic character. built in 1920, it was used to transport potatoes, sand, and all manner of food and industrial goods. the pictures show one of the original families that lived and worked on the boat in all of Holland. it is one of the best preseved houseboats of its age in Amsterdam.

De ruime privé studio (30 m2) heeft een heerlijk 2 persoons bankbed in de living, een eigen badkamer en wc en een volwaardige keuken. A beautiful boat (Stevenvlet) that you can stay on, even in winter , because the super heater keeps it nice and warm. The boat is located on the Woude, on our jetties at Restaurant 't Kombof. De Woude is an island with 160 inhabitants. You get on the ferry that will take you across the street in just a few minutes and you are immediately on holiday. You can take a beautiful walk on the island. De Woude is central. Within half an hour you'll be in Amsterdam, Alkmaar or at the beach.

On this authentic boat you can live like a Rotterdammer, on a fantastic location right in the center of the city. The apartment on the Animathor has been completely renovated, but is still very much a boat. Your apartment is in the front of the ship. It has a private entrance, kitchen, a deck terrace and a fantastic view. The boat has three levels, there is a salon, a bedroom and bathroom below and a roof terrace on the top deck. You can reach the boat by an easy gangway.

The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet
