The PLDT internet connection slowed down to 0.3 Mbps for two days in 7 weeks. But that wasn't Shahana's fault obviously. She an Penly were very responsive and available! Can recommend.

The owner was nice and responsive to my queries. as per the place, it was great, clean and nice. The amenities was provided for the stay.

I’m 27 years old with my 16 years old brother that’s from America and stayed in this apartment for almost a month, visited my family and relatives. My trip was on June 4th to July 1st. Ms. Anne was very kind, friendly, responsive and considerate. The place was very peaceful, room apartment was very well maintained and organized, even though they only have little things like furnitures and utensils. it was perfect for the small room and it does look nice from the outside to inside. The caretaker was also very kind, respectful, responsive and efficient. The wifi was very great and a little high speed connection, we never have problems with the internet connection. The location is very close to the international airport, very convenient. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs staycation in the Philippines for a short period of time to a month. Prices from Apartment to utilities were average and affordable to a person like me that has an average income.

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at Anne’s. There was always someone around if a need arose. Very helpful and always thoughtful of us. Will definitely stay again!

The location is really great for someone who enjoys walking and exploring. Anything else just get a grab and all is close by :) The people here are extremely friendly and wonderful. Anne is very good at communicating which was nice. I have had an amazing month in Lapu2 because of this home base here. I found a gym, groceries, made some great friends and have found this experience to be very good for my heart. Loved it

This place is very nice and the photos were accurate. The lifts were not crowded and never waited for more than two or three minutes. Robinsons is 5 min walk away and there a many food places nearby. There were a few roaches in the kitchen however there was also a notice from the building management stating pest control will be done mid September. Cons: The internet speed was so slow, however, I booked knowing this and I used my mobile data as I was WFH the whole time. Has a rain shower and would come to a trickle when the toilet is flushed Pros: This place is 5 star except the above Nice view Secure, manned by security and reception Walkable to shops Washing machine and dryer both worked extra towels, sheets, linen Travel power strips all around the apartment, already plugged in ready to use, you don't need adapters Will definitely recommend this place and stay again.

i'm an ofw staying with my family of 6 adults. the place is huge and able to accommodate us all. the location is great, easy to get to IT park, ayala, SM. the ac is very cool and great for the hot summer weather. the beds were huge and comfy. highly recommend this place. the hosts and co-hosts are so friendly and accommodating. had a wonderful stay and enjoyed my vacation.

I’ve traveled the Philippines for the past five weeks staying in many Airbnb‘s. This is the best one. The price was reasonable, the staff was very helpful, the accommodations are well thought out and clean.

this is my first time to try shared hostel but the experience exceeded my expectation the place was clean, peaceful despite shared amenities definitely worth it and highly recommended. it was a cool and great experience. practical for solo travellers and layovers since its near the airport.

first off, amazing place . one downside but I didn't take a star off because Theresa worked her butt off trying to help me, the downside is if you need online video meetings, the internet isn't good enough for that I would get kicked off multiple times because the modem was in another unit and connection was weak this is not Theresa's fault, the internet provider was giving her a hard time and actually I was impressed because she went out of her way to sign up for pocket wifi for me, delivered it to the unit and I was up and running after. I still don't recommend pocket wifi for this digital nomads on zoom meetings all day though, huge loading times and latency causing delays, all other. online activities are good aside from that, this is the best unit I've ever stayed at. beautiful sites, my gold's gym was downstairs. relaxing and felt super at home. everything is walkable. very rarely did I get a cab. if it wasn't for the internet then I would have rented the entire month.

From the minute I walked through the door I had a feeling that I was going to enjoy staying here, and I did! Clean, spacious rooms, plenty of draw space for clothes, with extra bedding provided. Having a washing machine and dryer was great to use, and cooking facilities were all that you needed. 2 tv's , 1 in living area and 1 in bedroom. Bathroom was spotless and all worked well. I had one minor problem which was nothing to do with the apartment, and John and partner were so helpful, thank you if you're worried about the paying up front for electric, don't be, I used less than I thought I might have, and the balance was refunded straight way. thank you for a lovely stay John, I certainly recommend staying here to anyone.

I booked this Airbnb for a much-needed getaway where I could balance work and rest, and it delivered perfectly. The location truly allowed me to connect with nature, offering a peaceful escape. What truly stood out was the host's exceptional responsiveness. They were always quick to answer my questions, which was a huge help as I wasn't familiar with the area, and they were very communicative when I reported a temporary water cutoff issue on my check-in night. Despite that minor hiccup, which was completely understandable, my overall experience was fantastic. Knowing I can bring my two pets here makes it an ideal choice for future travels. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

The place is very cutesie. Its away from the city but accessible by grab car from mactan airport. habal2x is also just around. having a private vehicle is an advantage since they offer free parking. Pit-os market is just nearby. the host also have an honesty store inside. check in to check is just very smooth.
