If you want a calm and quiet accommodation, this is the place for you. Alona, restaurants and other beaches are about 6-10 mins tricycle/scooter drive. If you don’t have a scooter rented, everyone is super helpful when it comes to calling for a tricycle to wherever you want to go. The apartment was lovely, really spacious, clean, looked exactly like the pictures and to top it off, the free breakfast every morning was delicious. The caretakers are super friendly, attentive, caring, helpful and made us feel welcomed and right at home. We had a bit of an issue with our ‘neighbour’, a couple who were also on holidays and renting the apartment next door, being aggressive, yelling and just being disrespectful to my friends and I. The caretakers quickly resolved it and made us feel safe, especially with us being 4 girls. Would highly recommend this place and I can’t compliment the caretakers enough 😌

Great stay for kids! Our toddler enjoyed running around the lot, specially the giant slide, pool and playroom. The room was impressively clean and well equipped. Quiet area and out of the center, but easy to get around with a motorbike.

- The property is located not too far from the town Center and close to White Beach. It’s not in a busy area so I had a quiet and peaceful stay and the cottage I stayed in was comfortable and spacious. It. It was very affordable and the host, Mel, was very nice, friendly and accommodating.

I love the place and the nature vibes. Its giving. Perfect for travelers who likes to have a me time with nature. The location is superb as it is near restaurants. This listing also offers food. I have stayed in many hotels and airbnbs. Cranes Cottage's is a great place for an individual or couple lookong to have a peaceful stay in the Moalboal area of the Philippines. Melodina and her team were alway responsive to issues, for example one night there was a heavy rain storm which cause a leak to break through the roof in my apartment. I messaged Melodona and within around 15 minutes her team was helping me move into a new apartment of the same type. Cranes Cottages is close to the beach, about 10 minutes from the sardine run, 30 minutes from canyoneering, 5 minutes walk from other restaurants if you don't want to eat at the restaurant connected to the resort. Her staff is well trained and helpful, I would stay there again when I come back to.the Philippines.

The host was very accommodating and I’m thankful for the free snacks that they provided. It’s really worth the price and the place was a vintage vibe which was really great. The host let us shoot our photoshoot there and I’m grateful for that, the host was very friendly and the place was overall up to my expectations. There was a power outage the next day and although there was no backup generator, the stay was still great.

Stayed for 4 weeks here. My go to place to whenever I am visiting the city. As always, homey and comfy. :)

rustic little inn located on the outskirts of the city proper, but fairly convenient in terms of commute since there are always jeeps that pass by going to the city. we got the room with 2 single beds and it was by the highway so it got a bit noisy by morning. walls are also thin, but understandable considering the price. toiletries provided are a bit lacking, so better to bring own. but overall a great budget stay!

Overall, we had a great experience! The restaurant downstairs serves really great food definitely a highlight. Just a small note: it would be even better if the staff could be a bit more attentive, especially with guest inquiries. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. It's not in a busy area, which many people will like. There is a beach opposite and am excellent cafe within walking distance. The host was very helpful.

I would recommend the place to a friend, it is accessible and easy to navigate just along the road and lot of restau around and a few minutes ride to tourist spots. Very happy on finding this place-will definitely go back.

This place is really good for the price and can comfortably fit 2 people, 3 people will be tight but still doable if you're really on a budget. There is no elevator but there are staff who can help you carry luggage upstairs if needed. The parking area is very small (can fit 2-3 cars) and half the time I could not park my car at the hotel because others had taken all the spots. The aircon is strong and the shower has good water pressure and good heater. The toilet has a bidet which is nice. The restaurant downstairs has a really nice design and good price for the food. Overall it's a really good value and I would stay here again.

Upon arrival the staff were very kind and always communicated with me, it was easy to find and a great location, the room was perfect, resturaunt below the room was amazing and all staff were very friendly and helpful, great place to stay and very close to all the main attractions
