Holiday rentals with lake access in Negros

Airbnb should creat a term higher than Superhost only for Rickard. We had a absolutely perfect stay at his place. The place is just paradise, fresh fish coming to you everyday, you don't have to move, some children are always hanging around ready to help you if you need anything. His goat Javier is the loveliest goat on earth and his dog Panther.. well I fall in love with that cute dog, she is the best as Rickard and Nieva his girlfriend. We couldn't wish a greater stay. They showed us secret rover with no tourist at all they helped us with absolutely everything. I have no words to describe that stay it was spot on!! Thank you again Rickard we felt at home for 5 days and we were so sad we had to leave.. we will come back for sure!!!! Miss you guys already!

It's worth the price. The owner is very responsive to our queries and accommodating to our requests. She allowed us to check in early so we could drop our things and a quick shower since we've been from an 8-hour ship ride. The place is very near Island City Mall. The guards of the subdivision are very helpful. The caretaker is very accommodating.

The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but still close to local spots and attractions. The view was amazing, especially during sunrise/sunset. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing stay in Alegria

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

So glad we found this place. It's a tiny but GREAT home. Lends itself well to an extended stay. Likes: * Extremely fresh and clean place * Very helpful and responsive hosts * Good wifi and smart TV * Bedroom has aircon * Hot/cold water dispenser and fridge * All kitchen utensils, oil and salt provided * Private backyard with gas hob cooker and clothes line *Quiet safe area, small local stores, walkable (or short ride) into town for all amenities Worth noting: The bathroom is reached via the backyard (well-lit). Good shower pressure. Low toilet height and bucket flush might be a challenge for some, worked fine for us. Overall: great for the price, highly recommended.

Absolutely loved my stay! This Airbnb is a peaceful escape, Idea for unwinding and getting away from it all. Highly recommend for a stress-free get away! The Host is fantastic, making the stay even better. Super friendly and accommodating their hospitality added a personal touch to the whole experience. Highly appreciated their warmth and helpfulness.

This place was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their was 16 in our group and everyone had a great time there. Each room was very clean upon checking in. The property was well maintained including the pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The price is just right for the limited amenities it has. Will come back.

My family and I loved our stay at One Spatial. The location was great, pretty close to SM City and Megaworld, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. The unit had air conditioning, which made our stay really comfortable, especially with the warm weather. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean, quiet, and felt very secure. We appreciated the peaceful environment and the easy access to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

Все было здорово. Чистота, местоположение, сохранение приватности. Сири, наверное самая отзывчивая и чуткая хозяйка, которую я встречала. Тактична, деликатна и помогает во всем. Спасибо тебе большое! Жилье расположено в 15 минутах пешком от улицы со всеми кафе и развлечениями, что позволяло насладиться уединением. Чтобы петухи и другие звуки не мешали спать сделана хорошая звукоизоляция. Есть горячая вода, вся необходимая посуда. Очень хорошая уборка. Хороший, стабильный интернет. Подходит для работы и видеозвонков. В двух минутах пляж с замечательным рифом (кораллы, рыбки, черепахи). В 5 минутах есть кафе, где можно поесть или заказать доставку. Мы прожили здесь 2 недели и очень жаль было уезжать.

We stayed in Mikael apartment for 20 days and we felt like at home. There is everything what you need. Resort is peaceful with a great staff who is always willing to help you. Hopefully we will come back next year. Thank you so much! Alex & Bella

Apartment complex is super new, so all amenities work well and are in good condition. Once you're checked in, getting in and out is super easy and there are plenty of linens in case you need to swap bedsheets for any reason. Having Amazon Prime Video is a nice plus as well, and the price is very competitive for the more upscale location. Host also offered to have the place cleaned 1 week into my 2 week stay, which was fantastic. The cleaner did a great job and I appreciated the offer. One note: make sure to bring your own toiletries as there weren't any when I stayed.
