Holiday rentals with beach access in Negros

It was the best air bnb I've ever stayed at. Thank you so much. Everything was good and I can't complain about a thing.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom. There was live music from the bar, but it ended at a reasonable time and didn’t disturb my sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great — easy to catch a tuk-tuk and get around. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Only thing that was disappointing was that I was not able to use the gym which I was looking forward to as many of the small hotels I visited traveling around Southern Cebu did not have a gym. There was a photo of the gym in the listing although it was not listed as an amenity I assumed (my fault) that it was available. It is only available to long term guests and residents. Regardless, it was a nice stay and really appreciated the washer that had a dryer function!

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

An amazing peaceful oasis that is extremely well set up & maintained. This listing is the perfect place to be your base to visit Apo Island & to explore everything this part of Negros has to offer. Beautiful views & great relaxation as well. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and we were washed fins for snorkeling and a motorcycle to go to the village :)

The place is very spacious and beautiful. Every corner is a hangout spot. We love the living room. The place feels so cozy. It is relaxing every time we go back after a long and tiring day. The balcony is also a great place to hang out—we had a chill breakfast in there before preparing for the day. We also appreciated the inclusion of drinking water and coffee. This place is indeed highly recommended.

Very good location, pharmacy, shops, Atm (not accepting monzo but normal cards working fine), bus stop downstairs so you can get to Ceres Bus Terminal, 4 minute walk to Sibulan Seaport so you can get to Cebu (ferry leaving every hour). Good WiFi. Working AC - not too loud. Nice and helpful staff. Minor issue - tiles on the florr bit wobbly.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

Ocean Luxx provided us a home away from home. The house was very clean. The gift basket was really nice and sweet. Loloy was very helpful in assisting us finding rides and anything that we needed. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was great. My family enjoyed the karaoke machine. We also enjoyed the pool and the sunsets by the pool. We had a lovely stay at this villa. A means of locomotion is required (scooter or car), but the situation is nevertheless very good. Special mention for the small restaurant a short walk to the house, where lunch is excellent. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Siquijor.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

Had a special birthday celebration for my dad's birthday. It was the perfect place for the event mini birthday getaway. Big house for a big family. Great entertainment and view. well kept and clean! Thank you so much Simala Beach House! Great time!

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

Great time staying here with my family! We were able to book ls fishing trip right off of the beach. The staff at the hotel is great!

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

Hands down best communication I have had through Airbnb. Everyone was so helpful with transportation arrangements and information on activities to do while visiting Bohol. Would Highly recommend staying at this property.
