Holiday rentals with a patio in Negrar di Valpolicella

Monica is a wonderful host. From the first moment she was attentive and gave us more facilities than we could imagine. His apartment is nice and cozy, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The fridge even had some supplies for our arrival, such as water and snacks. The area is quiet and has supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Monica also gave us excellent recommendations for eating both in the area and in the city center. From the apartment you can easily reach the center of Verona by bus in about 15 minutes, or about 30 minutes on foot. We couldn't have chosen a better place to get to know Verona.

Giulia was a wonderful host. She was always available for my questions and helped me arrange a taxi service. I liked the space I rented a lot; it is located in a very central location where I felt safe. I was here for work and the washing machine was a great amenity.

We loved staying with Elisabeth & Martin☺️! We would definitely come back. Always friendly, attentive and as a greeting there was already a cold bottle of rosé in the refrigerator👌! You can really relax there, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach Lake Garda (10 minutes by bike). There were also great routes from Martin, so we didn't have to drive directly along the road. Thank you for everything😊! - Johannes and Lisa

loved the apartment, was right in the center. the Ac was in the living room and did cool the entire house. was perfect. the house was beautiful. and the host was very helpful, he helped us with an early check in to keep our luggage as we arrived before our check in time.. they even left us a bottle of prosecco which was very thoughtful..

We have enjoyed our stay. The place is small but cozy. It was super clean and everything seemed new. The patio is cute as well and nice to grab a coffee outside. The location is good there is like 20 minutes walk to the center wich we and our dog enjoyed. Also we got some recommendations for great restaurants with amazing italian food. Overall we had a great time and we are looking forward to returning.

See beautiful apartment, just like in the photos. You have a great view and can even see Lake Garda from the balcony. There is also everything you need in terms of amenities. In the accommodation itself it is pleasantly quiet, but in the area there is also a supermarket and restaurants quickly accessible. The apartment is very well located. You can reach all the places on Lake Garda quickly and Verona and Vendig are also possible in a day trip. Communication also worked out great. The host was always easily accessible and also had good tips for the area. It was a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Great location and a clean modern flat with a great shower and one spacious bedroom. The photos imply that there are two bedrooms with double beds, however there is in fact only 1 bedroom plus a small second room with a split level sofa bed which is not really suitable for two adults. This was disappointing although in other respects the flat is great.

The house is really nice, cozy and clean. The interiors have been recently renovated and are nicely furnished. We stayed for a weekend in 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) and we had a great time, the kitchen was stocked with everything, the rooms were warm and well soundproofed and the bathrooms were clean. Luca and Irina are two great hosts: kind, available to give any type of information, accurate and very quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!!

Sergio’s house was great, spacious, cool, well equipped,peaceful and yet only 10 to 15 minutes to Lake Garda at Lazise. We were a group of six, four adults and two young children and the house worked perfectly for us. The house was cool and spacious, the garden area was lovely offering shade or sun and best of all Sergio and his family were so welcoming and friendly and so very tolerant of our excited and noisy girls aged 6and 3. We bought cherries at the local farm, cheap, delicious and only a short walk away. We ate out in Busselengo, the steakhouse was great, better than in the tourist resorts and only a few minutes away, nice cafes on the square in Busselengo and much less touristy vibe. Sergio’s is one of the best stays we have had in Italy and we would certainly stay there again when we visit lake Garda.

A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

Very nice and impeccable place. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Verona by car. Very responsive and available host. Do not hesitate to take a trip to Verona and the many vineyards nearby.

Wow! The photographs of this property does not do this place justice. It’s beautiful inside and decadent! Especially the marble staircase to the upstairs. The hosts was very friendly and her communication was first class. It’s a shame we only could stay for one night. I would highly recommend. J

We couldn't have expected a better welcome than how Luigi and Joanna welcomed us to their apartment. We immediately felt at ease, and also appreciated the good bottle of white wine that was offered to us. They were really very helpful with any request, and the barbecue on the occasion of a family party was also very welcome. The apartment is surrounded by green meadows, olive trees and flowers, and is very well cared for in every detail. In short, you feel at home and it's almost a shame to leave... we felt free without restrictions, and appreciated every time Luigi and Joanna talked to us. We also enjoyed getting to know their 16-year-old son Davide, who was very open, polite and nice. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in a quiet place that's still close to many beautiful places. It's definitely ideal. If the opportunity arises, we'll return to this beautiful apartment where a beautiful friendship was also created. Thank you Luigi and Joanna.

We spent 2 weeks at Marcella's place and we had a really good time. The house is clean, it has a beautiful view and it is very well located near hiking and rock climbing routes. Marcella is a wonderful host, always willing to help us with anything we asked for. We would definitely come back for another holiday. Highly recommended!

Asa’s place was beautiful! It is in the perfect location to explore and experience Verona while being out of all the hubbub. A couple things to note: - Laundry is a listed amenity but we could not find the laundry facilities. - the gate to get into the parking area is quite narrow. We had a big van (a classic mix up with our car rental) and were worried we wouldn’t fit. We were able to squeeze in but just barely. A smaller car would definitely have been more ideal. Overall we had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend Asa’s place.

Beatrice was the most welcoming host ever. It’s hard to say which thing was more impressive - Beatrice’s impeccable attention to detail, the unique architecture or the incredible view. If we could give a higher rating we would. Our plan was to travel more around Italy but opted out and stayed at Punta Dina. If we ever get back to the beautiful, mountainous Lake Garda, Beatrice’s Punta Dina will be the place for us!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Bardolino! It was just a 5-minute walk from the lakefront and all the lovely restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained – you can tell the host takes great pride in it. Speaking of the host, Evita was absolutely amazing – welcoming, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely come back!

This home and neighborhood was heavenly, and the host were so kind and welcoming! Our stay has been the highlight of our trip to Italy and we can't recommend this home enough. Our whole family loved it.
