Holiday rentals with lake access in Negombo

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

I had an incredible stay at Costa’s Villa! The home looked exactly like the photos, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk to both the beach and the lagoon, and only a 20-minute drive from the airport, making it an ideal beachside retreat for a peaceful getaway. There’s no shortage of activities in the area, from boat tours to birdwatching, which makes it a haven for both nature lovers and adventurers. We especially enjoyed the serene garden and spent countless hours relaxing on the outside veranda. To top it all off, we got the chance to eat delicious homemade, authentic village-style food that truly enhanced our experience. Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. This stay is absolutely recommended. It is our dream villa. Large accommodation, everything neat and clean, beautiful swimming pool and a beautiful view of the lake. The large windows with electric curtains in the bedroom make the start of the day fantastic. We will recommend this stay to our friends. Our host was available at all times and offered help. And all this for a good price!

This was a hidden gem for sure and glad we found it . Looking for a place close to the airport to unwind and prepare for our next flight we booked into this beautiful place. The experience from the get go was pleasant . The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests . What we loved the most about this place is the quaint surroundings and the beautiful green patches with lakes inside this gated community . It was very private and peaceful. We enjoyed our evening walks and the accommodation itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Thanks once again to the host for the help in making our stay memorable. I stayed here from the 16th to the 19th of May. Neyil and Pubudu are excellent hosts. They were very responsive to my messages and were friendly and super helpful. This is a beautiful apartment well worth the price and definitely my top choice for my next visit as well.

The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

Mahesh place was alawesome! it's just rhe place we were looking for. beach front, pool, very secure with security 24/7. The room was the best part we had a view of the Indian ocean just few feet away. inside was extremely clean and had ac in every room and living room. Had all what we needed for a great stay. Mahesh was very friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

It was a great place with a lot of facilities especially if you are planning to make your meals. Kasuni was very responsive, and we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It is really a nice place to stay and very convenient if someone is looking for a place close to the city. Customer service is 10 out of 10.

First of all, the stay was amazing, with adequate ammenties & cozy vibes. Easy & quick check in. The owner was very friendly, responsive & gave a lot of insights about the city. as people from other country, we found it very useful. Also the home cooked food was very good, spring hoppers chicken curry ,Sambal and phol roti is a must try.

The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

We can recommend this place. Sithila was very helpful, we could check-in earlier, they help us exchange the money and responded very fast, so the communication was good. The place is easy to find, because of the given directions. It has everything you need - living room and two bedrooms with towels included.
