Conveniently located in the sleepy town of Lafayette, NY. 5 minutes off Route 81 but in a quiet country setting. 12 miles south of Syracuse, NY. 16 miles west of Cazenovia, NY and 18 miles east of Skaneateles, NY, this quaint apartment offers the perfect resting place for visitors to the area. The apartment is within a short drive of Beak and Skiff Apple Orchards and wine country.

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
