Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Great loaction with easy access to the bech or the pool according to your wants. Great local resteraunts and shopping. 5 minutes from the start of Historic 30A.

Simona’s place was very neat and tidy and smelled fresh upon our arrival. It was very easy to find and was a short walk to the beautiful private beach. We loved that the unit was on the 1st floor and were able to access the pool easily or listen to live music on our back patio. The beds were very comfortable and overall a great sized space for 4-6 people. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer to play some pickleball or tennis too. I would highly recommend this stay and we hope to be back in the future! 😊

we absolutely loved the place despite any issues, the place is near many restaurants and outings also close to the beach, a perfect get away for the price you pay! I would love to come back in the near future, their responses were incredible and timely.

Nice condo, a bit dated but worth the price. Beds not overall comfortable but did the job. Needed more furniture in our opinion, one three seat coach and bamboo chair in living room. Still a wonderful stay at a good price. Just was excellent!

This is our second year in a row staying in 612! We’ll never stay in another condo! The room is perfect for our family. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful location. Host is friendly and very helpful !!

We loved everything about our stay here. The proximity to the grocery stores, the beach, restaurants, boardwalk and more was amazing! Erin always responded to my messages quickly and with details. On our last day my family was already making plans about coming back! Definitely a home away from home ˙ᵕ˙

Great taste in decor. Balcony was bigger than most condos and still felt private. Third floor made it feel like a home rather than condo and had a comfortable layout- did not feel at all like a narrow condo you’d normally expect. Had everything you could need to include perfect beach chairs and every appliance and great cookware.

We had a wonderful time at Kristine's place. It overlooked the beach as described & we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the deck. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries, which was a wonderful surprise. We would definitely stay again. My only negative would be it was right above the pool and people were a bit loud at night. The pool closed at 10:00, which people followed that rule. This is my issue, nothing against Kristine's place at all. Just an FYI for those who like a bit more quiet at night. Could've been just the days we were there, people like to have fun on vacation, right?!

I have been going to Fl for vacation for years and years. Stayed in many different places but this condo is my absolute favorite one!!!! You can tell someone really took their time in picking out every single item. It’s like looking in a magazine, just stunning everywhere you look. The unit was spotless and not one hair was left behind. If you clean houses you know what I am saying. I understand that everything is very expensive but for a 5 nights & 6 days I trash bag, 2 rolls of tissue paper not both new, and 1/4 inch of dish soap. And 5 towels to use. It just needs to be stocked up a little more. I also left you a gift, a scrub daddy! God bless

I loved my stay in this cozy beach home, it was worth every penny. I enjoyed preparing meals in the fabulous kitchen while admiring that spectacular view. I appreciated all the beach supplies available. Multiple umbrellas and chairs, mats, towels, toys for kids, nets for sifting sand, a big beach bag, probably other items I’m forgetting. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made me feel at home. The king bed was so comfy. There’s an awesome whirlpool. Book this place you’ll love ❤️

This is our third visit to this particular condo. It has a gorgeous view and is in a great location! Rindy is a wonderful host! She communicates frequently and is attentive to her guests. The condo itself was spotless. We are already planning our next visit!

If you are reading this review and if Mary’s condo is available on or around your desired rates of travel, hit the reserve button!! The pictures are accurate yet don’t do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows showcase the turquoise blue ocean & no matter where you are in the condo, you can see the view. This was beyond our expectations and we loved it. Mary was an incredible, proactive, friendly and very responsive host. We felt that we were long time friends as guests in her home, yet also felt so comfortable since it is stocked with absolutely everything you need - so, we also felt like we owned the place! The resort is great - there’s is something for everyone and it is just minutes from the busyness of the main area of Pensacola Beach. The private parking and ease to get in and out of the condo and position of the building made it a very safe and easy to get around. The beaches are pristine, not crowded and absolutely breathtaking. We absolutely loved it!

We enjoyed every minute we were there. Loved the balcony, loved the location of the apartment (right in the middle of the complex). Beautiful views. The kitchen was stocked completely. Whatever you need in the kitchen will be there for you. We had an awesome experience and time. Definitely coming back. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

We had a small party of women for this trip. Forrest’s condo is the extra aspect of our trip that made the vacation wonderful! We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community, especially in the condo. It was nice that the condo offers luggage carts to take luggage up/down the elevators. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t hear any neighbors or those still on the beach at night while I was trying to sleep. The furnishings are great quality. The access to the beach was easy. We were grateful for the chairs Forrest provided on top of the 2 offered on the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants were close enough that we walked to several. Forrest was quick to respond (mostly needed for helping me figure out how to work things like the dehumidifier lol) anytime I contacted him and always so polite. The beach was constantly full of families and couples. The atmosphere on the beach also felt safe enough that I stayed there alone a few times. Excellent time!!

Loved the condo and location. Wished we discovered the cart room upon arrival (next to the elevator), but used one to leave.

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

Cynthia was a wonderful host, we will be booking with her when we return. We were on our way home after a family/fishing vacation and needed a place to stop for the night and cook some delicious snapper we had caught a couple days before. The kitchen was small but accommodating and the rest of the place met our needs for the evening.

Shanna's house is fantastic! The architecture is so unique and it is very well done! The neighborhood is quiet and we took lots of walks while there. Would stay again!

Pamela was awesome! The house was so homey and comfortable. The screened in porch was our favorite and we enjoyed our coffee out there every morning. The air conditioner went out during our stay and Pamela had maintenance out to fix within just a few hours. Check out was also a breeze! We will be back!

Our family had a great time during our stay. The house is beautiful and everybody was very happy with their rooms. Great outdoor spaces and a very short walk to the beach. Highly Recommended!
