This place was beautiful. We have been coming to Summerwind for many years, and this has to be one of my favorite units. Great views. Plenty of space.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

This was a long Labor Day family retreat for us. There was so much to do for all ages. The condo was nice and roomy. We were able to sit back and completely relax inside. It is on the 19th floor overlooking the bay and the resort, beautiful views! Sarah, responded quickly to all my messages. The resort had good food at the restaurants, lots of pools, right on the beach, an awesome water playground and fireworks on Sunday night that were spectacular! We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat! Thank you Sarah!

Quick service on a toilet issue. The only thing needed was a few dish towels and wash clothes for kitchen. Loved the condo and it was our second year at the Regency. We love it.

Let me tell you this place has the most amazing views in the world. We stayed five nights and six days. You walk in and you feel like you are in paradise. It has everything you will need for your vacation. If you want to go out on the town you can or you can stay on the resort your whole stay and will have something to do every day. From booking to checkout it was amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone. My kids could not stop thanking me for this Mommy and me vacation. They had the best time ever. You definitely will not be disappointed when you stay here. I can’t wait to book this place again for our next vacation.

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.

This was our fifth time coming to Pensacola Beach, and by far, it was our best stay ever! This condo is breathtaking when you first walk into it. It has floor to ceiling windows all around with a wrap around balcony. I cannot recommend this place enough. And the hosts are incredible to work with!

My husband and I spent a week in this awesome condo! The location was perfect! From the room we were able to see the pool as well as the ocean. The condo was very clean and the king bed was great. We will definitely book with Lindsay again next year!!!

We had a wonderful stay here. I grew up going to Portofino with my family, and wanted to take my own children. Check in is super easy, the room was clean with a beautiful view. Easy access to the pool and beach. I would definitely recommend!

We had a really nice stay at this beachside Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the water, and we loved being able to relax and take in the ocean views. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth and easy trip. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, and we really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely stay again!

Impeccable apartment, stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was nothing short of stellar. It's a no brainer: my friends and I would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was very nice and clean. Beds were also very comfortable. Location for us was perfect as it was a close walk to the bay and ocean. The Host quickly responded to any questions I might have had during our stay. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

Absolutely loved the place!!!! Clean and quiet! Super spacious for everyone. Bathrooms were nice and clean, towels included. Backyard was perfect for our dog to run around and hang out. The owners were super lovely, especially checking in on us and how we were doing. We will definitely rent again in the future!

We really enjoyed to stay at the house. Few minutes walk to the beach. A lot of good restaurants around. Dog’s park is 7 minutes driving from the house. The house was clean and has good view at the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. We definitely want to come back here soon.

Cynthia was a wonderful host, we will be booking with her when we return. We were on our way home after a family/fishing vacation and needed a place to stop for the night and cook some delicious snapper we had caught a couple days before. The kitchen was small but accommodating and the rest of the place met our needs for the evening.

The place was great. The owner took great steps to make certain we had what we needed. Just bad timing as there was an AC problem but the owner immediately responded. Close to beach with 2 pools. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing week - such a great house. Sting rays visited us many mornings - dolphins at lunch. Quiet swims in the pool and in the sound and short walk across the street to enjoy the waves on the gulf.

very clean and comfortable! all beds and bedrooms were comfy and cute! only recommendation would be to get a bigger cough versus just the love seat they have for the living room! overall, loved it and would highly recommend staying!

Very nice house in a pleasant neighborhood. 5 minute walk to a couple of restaurants and a pub. 10 minute drive to the downtown attractions. House is well furnished and both our dogs (and their humans!) loved the fenced backyard. Would come back again anytime!
