Perfectly placed for you to visit our Navarre Beach within a few minutes, also within an an hour or less you can visit Fort Walton Beach, Destin to the East and Orange Beach, Gulf Shores to the west. Don't forget Pensacola Beach is about 25 mins to the west! Newly built in 2024. Nestled in the woods yet an easy 10 minutes to the beach by car. Private parking, private bathroom, private kitchen, full size appliances, all-in-one washer/dryer, electric adjustable bed with remote, whole house backup generator, plus house is on the Florida Scenic Hiking Trail. This is a duplex so there may be guests staying in the other unit. I also live in the home, but guests will not be bothered and everything is securely locked for maximum privacy.

This is a spacious, beach inspired, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, with 2 king beds, and two comfortable, memory foam roll away beds to comfortably sleep 6. It's the whole second floor of our duplex above our bohemian inspired 2 bedroom below. You're 4 miles from Navarre Beach, with lots of restaurants within 3 to 5 miles. Or, set your pork roast to cook in the slow cooker while your at the beach so it's ready when you're back. Destin and Pensacola Beach nearby.

Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.

What a great place!! I have stayed at many air bnb’s, most have just mediocre pots, pans, knives, etc. April’s home had great pans, sharp knives, storage containers for leftover food! Plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs! Beds were so comfortable and the home was just Perfect!! Very clean too! The yard was fenced in and large for the dogs! It was perfect, and April was a great host!!

Kim and Troy’s oasis was absolutely amazing. The pictures were exactly what we walked into. The place was pristine and above average. We have stayed in 2 other RV’s but this one with an amazing radio, speaker system comfortable lounging, and a fireplace definitely set the tone to celebrate my wife’s 51st birthday. The place was clean and well stoked with things we didn’t know we would need. Kim provided beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. She is an amazing host. She was very responsive and recommended so great eats as well as locals places to visit. Thank you Kim and we can’t wait to visit Navarre again

This condo is wonderful for a couple of family with small children. Walk out the sliding doors to the sound. Very comfortable memory foam bed. The condo was very welcoming from the moment we walked in.

This place was amazing for our beach trip! We couldn’t have asked for a better location or place to stay during our time in Florida! The Air Bnb was clean and had anything you could ever need! Would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in the area.
