Rrezarta was amazing she is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The apartment has all the stuff you need for a family and beach stuff too!

Lorine was extremely helpful during my stay. We arrived to the house in beautiful condition. It was cozy and clean and the view of the water from the porch was perfect . Our stay was peaceful and the pictures did not do the house justice! The two bedrooms were much bigger than expected, the space was cozy but spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed including a binder with some tips and a menu of some places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend Lizette and Lorine’s place for a relaxing getaway if you’re staying in Long branch, NJ, visiting Monmouth and/or hoping to be close to beaches!

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

Anneke’s place was fantastic. Although the weather wasn’t in our favor, the place itself was very pleasant and felt like a new home. Anneke was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to book again in the future!

Daniel’s place was great! Short walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and bars and the beach was only a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Asbury Park or Ocean Grove

What a beautiful place to stay in the Hudson Valley. The view from the property is just breathtaking. Dan’s place is very clean, open and beautifully furnished. We can’t wait to come back!

This place worked perfect for our first visit to NY. It was comfortable with spacious seating in the living room. A/C worked well. We took the bus from 47th St to Times Square every day. Much cheaper than Uber or ferry. They accept cash, $4 each way or pay via NJ transit app, but I had issues with it. Coming back in the bus terminal can be confusing. Our gate was 212, but it may change and staff was not helpful. There’s monitors you can view, bus 166 is what we took.

Stephen’s place was in a great location for a beach weekend with friends. The house was walkable to the beach and restaurants and was as described in the listing.

Anil’s place was a great stay. I wouldn’t have chosen a better place for us bridesmaids to spend the weekend while we prepare for the wedding. Thank you for being a great host.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

From the moment we drove up we found the yard beautifully landscaped and very neat and inviting. The kitchen/ living area was gorgeous and the beds and linens were super comfortable. Since we were visiting the city more than once it turned out to be the perfect 2 block location to the Long Island Rail Road . The waterfront and very quiet location gave us the best of both worlds for a visit to NYC!! Mírela, our host, answered all our inquiries within 5 minutes. A perfect place for families also. The toys and playground equipment for young and old was too cool.

**Review for Seabreeze** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Amazing Weekend Getaway!** Spent a long weekend at **Seabreeze**, and I honestly didn’t want to leave! The house is gorgeous—modern, stylish, and super comfortable. The huge windows made it easy to just sit back and take in the incredible ocean views, especially during sunset. We spent most of our time outside, walking along the private beach, and just soaking up the peaceful vibes around the beautiful natural surroundings. The outdoor deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and late-night chats under the stars. Inside, everything was top-notch. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room was cozy and inviting, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. It really felt like a luxury escape while still being relaxing and homey. If you're looking for a place to unwind, enjoy nature, and wake up to ocean views every day, Seabreeze is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic find. Owner is incredibly gracious and the area is gorgeous. A must-stay for anybody in the area looking for serenity and access to nature while also providing the option to eat at great restaurants! The host is very organized and responsive. Seriously, I never leave reviews but this Airbnb deserved a shout out for being stellar.

Beautiful villa close to train station for trips to NYC. Lots of places to eat. The villa is right on the canal and had a nice outside space.

I had such a relaxing and joyful night at Estefany's place! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the bus stop, and as soon as you get off, you’re greeted by the most breathtaking view. It immediately lifts your spirits, and the best part is, you can enjoy that same view right from inside the room! This is truly a top-notch stay. Estefany and Athiaperez are both so kind and welcoming, and I already miss Rio! 🐶 I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting New York. Also, if you’re into morning runs, this is a perfect spot. Waking up and running with such a stunning view is an experience you shouldn’t miss. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in New York. The place is clean, comfortable, and very safe. Highly, highly recommended! ✨✨

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a very restful and zen filled time at Arthur’s place. The view was amazing with a wrap around porch to take in the ocean air, sounds and view. The location was walkable to anything you could want. We didn’t use the car once during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the griddle for our breakfast sandwiches each morning. Loved it!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.

Aj's Airbnb is extremely quiet and in a fabulous location near Stevens and all of the restaurants on Washington Street. The apartment is spacious with a super comfy sofa and great view of a church steeple out of the windows. The bed is also comfortable and the bedroom has a lot of storage with two closets and a dresser--I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The elevator is such a bonus when traveling with luggage and the wide, open staircase is also very nice for coming and going. AJ was very receptive and responsive when I contacted him with a question.

The apartment was exactly as described and the area was so leafy and peaceful. AJ gave really clear instructions how to access and it was really easy to find. The beds were so comfortable and the whole place was really clean with every amenity. There was even a kettle, which was great for tea lovers 😊

We loved this place. Location definitely walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Also walkable to nice restaurants in Asbury Park and the Stone Pony if you are OK with walking up to a mile each way. The tennis court next door is part of a private club (off limits), but we found a public tennis/pickle ball court just 1.5 miles away on Main street. The bathroom has been updated very nicely. Another great amenity was the fully stocked Keurig coffee system. Thank you!

Everything as described. Good neighborhood. Very easy and fast to go with busses through the Lincoln tunnel to NYC (worked great even while a strike when we were there). And it's really perfect to look at the Empire State Building in the evening. What you also should know: There are 2 steep stairs to the 3rd floor, so this is not a good choice for elderly people with big bags. For all others great!
