Within walking distance to a local brewery, restaurants, coffee shops and 2 complimentary beach passes (must be returned).

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

The property which spans more than half an acre features and inground pool with a deep-end and miniature basketball hoop. On the patio, you can enjoy a granite bar with seating for five and a built-in fridge and gas grill - no propane required! Enjoy beautiful dinners at the patio table or lounge on the chairs next to the pool. When you're done with it all, rinse off with the outdoor shower!
