Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nassau County

Long Beach and the location was excellent The house was very cozy and tastefully decorated ! The host was very nice very helpful ! For me !! I had a great time and I am definitely going to come back again!!!

Paula it was great hosting me and hope to return again soon - this is another one cleanest places - quiet - very big room - bed very comfortable - kitchen supplied with everything to cook a meal and most of all - no DRAMA - wish i could stay long term - but no worries - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Staying with Marie and Tom in Merrick made my experience in New York even more incredible than I anticipated! They immediately made me feel so welcome and safe in their home, especially because I was there by myself and didn't know a single person in New York. They gave me so many good tips about places to eat and the best spots to visit in the city. Marie is an amazing chef and her hot breakfast every morning was definitely a highlight of my stay! Marie and Tom are both such fun conversationalists and I really enjoyed talking with them and exchanging stories. The location of the house is also very convenient since it is only a few minutes away from Jones Beach and the train station. I truly cannot say enough good things about them and their home and I don't think I could have chosen a better place to stay if I tried!

We had no complaints about Daniel’s place! He was always very communicative and available no matter the situation. The entire place was very clean and was a great accommodation overall.

This was a real gem of a find. My husband & I needed to be in the area & this worked perfectly. We were let in by Aurgho (my bad, didn’t get the code before arriving). Both Flora & Aurgho were perfect hosts & we were made to feel right at home. The area is lovely & we even managed a walk in their local park with Flora & their charming toddler. Our room was very comfortable with the bathroom next to it.

We had an amazing stay at Uri and Tina’s house. They were so accommodating about check-in and check-out. The fact that the room came with beach passes, towels, chairs and umbrellas for all of us was amazing. Their house is gorgeous and on a lovely little street a 5 minute walk from the beach and the train station. It’s a relaxing 25 minute walk down Olive Street to the West End restaurants and bars! We had a great stay in Long Beach thanks to Uri and Tina and will be back!

Uri and Tina were absolute excellent hosts. Their home was in the perfect location: close to town, the train station and a 5 min walk to the beach. Their home was very cozy and welcoming and the room was very private and perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed our stay with them and getting to know them- they are very kind and I would 10/10 stay here again!

We chose Gladys' because it is walking distance to where our son and his family live. It was exactly what we needed. Gladys and her husband were friendly and kind, and both they and the house radiated warmth. There was an unforeseen event (tree down and power outage), but they were gracious, transparent, communicative, and focused on problem solving. We opted for our son's couch for a couple of nights, but then finished our trip staying at Casa Caro. We were worried about how to approach the issue of amending the payment, but when we finally got to stay they brought up that they had already contacted Airbnb and our refund was completed before we even left for home. We plan on being in touch before next time we are in town. With the grands so close we weren't as focused on using the amenities- maybe next time :)

My family visited NYC to attend commencement activities. Jude’s place was just right for us in many ways— comfortable beds, spacious living room and kitchen, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores…. We had a wonderful time. Jude was quick to respond to my messages, even when we encountered a problem in the middle of the night, and of course it was resolved quickly. Would recommend others to stay there.

Kirk’s place was a peace of mind “Very CLEAN” quiet neighborhood and building was quiet as well definitely a place of place and relaxation. I am definitely going to book again.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It’s a lovely place, with spacious rooms filled with light from large windows. Each room has thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well-placed furniture, with no feeling of clutter. Antoinette’s, a wonderful bakery, is a short walk down the hill for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Just behind the house there’s an entrance to a wonderful, shady trail with views of the Hudson. Nicole and Mike are gracious hosts who communicate very well.

Brian's place was exactly as described, and a perfect home base for our family of 3. Very clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. Felt at home -- we would stay again!

Friendly and welcoming hosts. The room layout was great, small but each corner was fully optimized to maximize space. highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay especially if you love the outdoors . Really loved the set up and all the amenities . Highly recommend for a weekend away. You won’t be disappointed .

This was my first ever bed & breakfast stay and it’s my new favorite way to travel! The location was fantastic, the house was fantastic, Lisa was fantastic, and the other guests were fantastic

We had a great stay at the Inn. The location was perfect with everything in walking distance. The room was very small as described by others but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and the owner/staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

the location is really good for the price. the ceilings are open which means that you will hear your neighbour. if you're sensitive to sleeping sounds, this place is not for you. thank you for the nice hospitality!

I was lucky enough to get a room here last minute and even more lucky to get the Amazon room. Super cosy. Main light brightens the room tremendously with pure bright white light. Also lamp with dimmer by the bed with usb ports was convenient and a nice touch. Love the blackout shades, got some really good sleep. The bed was very was heavenly and very big. The smart TV was exception quality also very big and seemed more so than the pics. Great space to move around in, lovely welcoming gifts. The continental breakfast was better than most hotels. I wanted to toast my cinnamon raisin bagel, I used the air fryer and forgot I had a toaster in the room😆 My only complaint is that it wasn’t available for more days after, really enjoyed my night there. Also the hosts were very responsive and quick to message me back everything I asked, so accommodating. Close distance to trains.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here! Bien went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and provide me breakfast when with an early morning departure. The place was very clean and had no issues. I would definitely stay here again, and Bien was a joy to chat with too!

Our stay with Allen and Anne was absolutely flawless—truly, we couldn’t find a single thing to fault. From the moment we arrived, they were lovely, warm, and incredibly welcoming. They struck the perfect balance between being open to conversation and giving us our own space to relax and unwind. We had some lovely conversations. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast they prepared for us: fresh bagels with cream cheese and jam, accompanied by coffee and warm, even frothy milk—a perfect start to our mornings. Their home was just right for us—comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. We especially loved spending time in the charming outdoor space, complete with a table and four chairs, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment or a meal al fresco. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Allen and Anne, for making our stay in New York so lovely.
