We loved our family stay at Joe’s place. It was close to IU for graduation. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces—the hot tub was a bonus! Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Joe was very communicative, responding right away. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Would highly recommend.

The cleanest air BNB I've ever stayed at! We appreciated the lovely back patio sitting area, which was great for relaxing evenings by the outdoor fireplace. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that there were cozy comforters and extra blankets. As someone who doesn't use or like strong scents, what I LOVED most about this home was that everything smelled clean but not overpoweringly so. I've stayed at other homes where there were air freshener plug-ins in every room and linens on the beds that I was unable to sleep on because of the strong perfume scent...not the case here! Definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again!!

Jennifer‘s place was exactly as described. It was perfect for our weekend away. The place was clean, super cute, and cozy. It had all the amenities that we needed. And even came stocked with some welcome snacks. We would definitely consider using Jennifer‘s place again

This was a cozy stay for our family that was much better than a hotel stay when traveling for softball. Clean and felt just like staying at home.

This house is so cute, clean and well stocked! The house had nice dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Lots of snacks! Water in the fridge. Helpful notes all around. Bathroom accessories and toiletries just in case you forget anything. And comfy beds! They really thought of everything.

The Franklin Tiny House exceeded my expectations! It was cozy, charming, and extremely clean! Location was perfect! In the heart of the city- you’re within walking distance to coffee shops, the farmers market, and many lunch/dinner options. We enjoyed coffee at the tiny house & snacks provided by the host. There was a selection of syrups & sugar to enhance your morning cup of Joe. Host really went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Would 10/10 recommend this stay to you & would book again myself!

We were looking for a place to relax and were able to do just that. The interior was very clean and spacious. We reminisced playing video games and spent time outside at the picnic table enjoying the beautiful weather. We would come back!

We had just a 1 night get with 3 friends and we loved. The apartment is so welcoming and beautiful!!! Everything was very clean and up to par. We loved having the deck to sit on in the evening and talk. It was so nice to be in walking distance of the restaurants and bars downtown. We would definitely come back !!!

We had a nice time staying here for a business meeting we were in town for. Cameron is response and very helpful. Place is exactly as described and felt just like home. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out the area.

Perfect location for a quick getaway to Brown County! Being right above Ooey Gooey cafe was great for breakfast in the morning. The location was walkable to everything. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. Heather was so easy to get ahold of for any questions and super helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cute place to stay in Brown County.

The place was very clean with the furnishings being new. The attention to detail is apparent and shows that Tricia takes hosting seriously to ensure guests have a spot they can call home for the time being. She also has an impeccable response time to any inquiries. I would highly recommend

My husband and I and our one year old had the most amazing stay at the Barn Burner. The Airbnb was stocked up on everything you could need and it was right in the center of town. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Me and the guys had a great time. Actually pretty spacious, which surprised us. Very peaceful in big on peace and having an area to myself and this was perfect. A little bit away from all the events we were going too but loved every time we stepped inside the door!!

Very nice condo equipped with everything we needed. I appreciate the little details that make it welcoming; like snacks, coffee, umbrella (it rained so very happy to have it handy)..... Spacious, open concept kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds and linens. I do recommend this place.

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
