We enjoyed our stay here! the neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. The restaurants and coffee shops in town were close and very good. We enjoyed the dining area/sunroom in the home and found it very peaceful. The hosts were in contact with us and checked in to see if we needed anything before we left. Overall, a great stay and a nice spot close to Boston.

It was a beautiful little air bnb! the theme was cute and there were so many little small touches that made it so great- we got robes, fresh chicken eggs and a goose egg, coffee bar, extra toiletries if you forgot some, etc. not to mention I was traveling from out of state and had to take my culinary school assignment with me, she provided me the right pan I needed so I didn’t have to haul it in luggage :) they were so sweet and there’s even some super yummy honey for sale from their beehive in the backyard! the geese outside were so fun to look at! and I loved the neighborhood

This is a lovely, cozy, private attached apartment on a quiet street. We'll definitely try to stay here again on our return trips.

The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

This was the coolest airbnbs that we have ever stayed in! The ambiance of the Airbnb was simply amazing, including the outside and the hallway decorations. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and it was so wonderful. Beautiful, comfortable bedrooms with cereal and oatmeal provided for breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean. Salem’s oldest house was just at the end of the street, and, also, a very old cemetery. Check-in was so easy, and Zahra was a very responsive and wonderful host! Book this Airbnb if you get the chance, you won’t regret it! We wish our stay had been longer than a night!

I traveled with a group of four women, between the ages of 35-65. Each of us had a bed in a separate room which gave a bit of privacy. The space was charming and pristine. It was the small touches for us! There was water bottles, coffee, tea. There was even instant oatmeal and some seasonings!! Being able to cook (pots, pans, cutting board, etc provided) and have a meal together was a bonus! The bathroom was adorable (surprised by bidet). There was lotion, hand soap, and clean WHITE towels. Our 4 coffee mugs filled with goodies on the kitchen island upon entering was such a personal touch. It was just an all around comfortable and home like stay! I would DEFINITELY recommend this wonderful Victorian getaway!! By the way, the photos don't do the space justice. We were all pleasantly surprised and kept commenting how nice of an Airbnb it is. Do yourself a favor and book with Cheryl. You won't regret your decision!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Fabulous Lake House. The location is absolutely beautiful, and we were very comfortable during our visit. Mike and Sue are excellent hosts and we felt like family. The location on the lake is private and peaceful, but it was very convenient to get anywhere in the area. We will definitely return in the future! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

Beautiful home and very relaxing surroundings. Loved sitting out by the water having a cup of coffee in the morning. Great firepit - made s’mores with the grandkids. Lovely home with all the amenities you could want. Very attentive host. Will definitely be back.

5 stars! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for a local soccer tournament! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the little touches. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. If every Airbnb were like this one, hotel chains would be out of business. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be back. Mahalo you for an exceptional stay and A Hui Hou!

We rented the house for a "girls" weekend and to get away for a couple days. Because my GPS was not working as well when I got closer to the property, it was initially a little challenging to find the street, but we knew where it was after the first time. The instructions to get into the house were very clear and easy. The house was clean with the beds made and towels were available on the beds. While we didn't cook during our stay, it appeared to have all necessary utensils, pots, and pans, including a coffee maker with coffee (which we did use). Wifi worked well once we were in the house. There was a notebook with specific directions for water, trash, wifi, cleanup, etc., which was very helpful. The screened-in porch was great as we ended up spending quite a bit of time there to chat, read, and play darts. The setting itself was very peaceful with the stream running through the back of the property. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

This was a great spot to relax and recharge for a couple days. Prior to my visit, I stocked up on groceries and did not leave until checkout. It was peaceful to just sit on the deck in the warm weather and watch the ice begin to melt on the river. I would definitely return, even in the winter/early spring as it is a great place to enjoy some quiet and a good view.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Very comfortable unit for our family of four. Has everything we need and great location—close to great options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and (most importantly) ice cream!

Marblehead was a perfect fit for us. Dog friendly, quaint cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful area full of history and wonderful water views. This old Victorian house was charming, fully stocked with everything you’d have at home, comfortable furniture, and even special treats and drinks to enjoy.

Had a wonderful one night stay at Bryan’s place while visiting family. Home was extremely clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The provided snack basket/water was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

This place was a gem - so clean & with a great location. It was also fully stocked which made it very easy to cook and the dishwasher was honestly one of the best we’ve ever used. Would recommend and honestly will stay again if returning!

This AirBnB was perfect for the six of us in town for a wedding. Not only was it clean, but having access to the kitchen and two full bathrooms was incredibly helpful. Interior was beautifully decorated and well maintained without feeling too stuffy or sterile. Very cozy and felt at home while traveling. Even though we had to take a few flights of stairs to access, it didn’t feel like a burden. Host was extremely communicative and helpful the whole weekend. Even though it is a condo, you feel like it is truly a private residence the whole time.

My husband and I took my mother-in-law to Manchester for a few days and this condo was the perfect place to call home while we were there. The location couldn’t have been better; within walking distance to neighborhood shops and restaurants. And the condo couldn’t have been nicer. From the adorable front door, to the small kitchen, comfy beds and furniture, it was perfectly equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Plus, Tyler was very responsive and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here gain if I return to Manchester.
