Recently refurbished, the main room which is the TV lounge also has a sleeping area with a sofa bed. The south-facing courtyard is very pleasant for meals and aperitifs. All shops are within walking distance. This cottage is the starting point for discovering Cathar Country.

The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.

The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
