Super apartment, nice and cool because of air conditioning, everything is there that you need, quiet, good location and all amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants and beaches) within walking distance. The roof terrace is awesome. The beaches are beautiful and the restaurants were great, you can eat well for a reasonable price. We enjoyed it!

Very happy with this cottage, very nice materials, very nice decor, refined chic, space to park in the courtyard. Everything is very clean and the bedding is impeccable, comfortable, rose petals on the bed. You can hear the footsteps of the inhabitants above, you feel a light presence, but it is not a problem. It was wonderful to live so close to the sea with Francoise. It was especially great that a bicycle was available for small shopping. We'll be back for sure.

Dominique was a very friendly and helpful host. She responded to messages and questions quickly. The appartment was very clean and pleasant. As we arrived on a Sunday, we appreciated the extra items she left for our convenience. Butter and fruit juices in the fridge, shower gel, sachets of tea and coffee, jams, and even beach towels. Bouzigues is a peaceful resort with a nice beach and swimming area and plenty of seafood restaurants. Good destinations nearby, including the town of Sete with its canals and 18th century houses. We were absolutely delighted with the property - it really is much better than we anticipated and cannot recommend it highly enough. The communication from the start right through to the check-out was first class. Very helpful and accommodating hosts, so thank you Mimi et al. There was so much space for the 11 of our party and everywhere was clean and spotless and big mention to the quality bedding - that is always so important for a good nights sleep. There are a number of covered areas and terraces, the pool is a great size (with a proper deep end), plenty of sun loungers and places to eat outside on an evening. The village is very quiet, which suited us perfectly, but there is a very good pizza takeaway made with really good quality ingredients. There is also a really nice little Épicerie, which covers just about all bases for day-to-day requirements. All, all the meat and produce is of a very high quality and sourced from the nearby villages. All in all, absolutely perfect!

Excellent! Our second stay here and there will definitely be a third. Very private, great location and the perfect accommodate for a family (I have two young children). The host was very responsive and the local host friendly and approachable.

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Myriam helped with logistics, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely warm and attentive. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We had a fantastic trip, Marie-Cecile & Leonce are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment is well perfectly situated between the castle and the centre of town with a beautiful garden and close to the river. Couldn't recommend this more.

Housing is really very nice, very well equipped, very clean, with a superb view and this in a very quiet residence with secure private parking. Léone and Carole from the concierge are very available and responsive, perfect stay!!!

We had a very good stay at Lucie's place. Well located with a nice view of the marina from the balcony and well equipped. The parking is also very nice.

Well-equipped accommodation and ideally located just near the pontoons, parking and bowling alley. The place is quiet and soothing. We'll be back!

The accommodation matches the description on Airbnb, very good welcome from the concierge and flexibility on the arrival time, not negligible with the vagaries of the road. The accommodation is clean and sufficiently well-equipped for a good stay. The walking distance to the sea and the island of leisure is appreciable.

Thanks to Audrey who was very nice! We had a lovely stay at the apartment which is well arranged and easy to access. Bonus for the parking space and the very nice view:) I recommend it!
