Everything downtown can be reached by walking. Businesses, restaurants, bars, waterfront boardwalk, park, beach. Very close to Departure Bay, Hullo ferry, 10 minutes to Duke Point. You can walk to Harbour Air. A 5 minute drive to VIU. Lots of busses that run all over town are close. EVO bikes are close by too. Basement suite in a house built in 1934 on a big lot. Lots of windows in the suite. Funky cabin like design. Lots of outdoor space, garden view.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Fully furnished studio suite with kitchen and ensuite laundry. We are a 7-8 minute drive to departure bay ferry terminal. Public transit is a few minute walk with access to most areas of Nanaimo Note: We are a busy family and as such some morning there may be some noise from the upstairs while our kids get ready for school/day. We do also have a dog who barks occasionally.
