Modern studio - Stunning ocean views, quiet area

Come stay in our modern and minimalist basement suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and family noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a quiet, serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, has A/C, a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. Nestled in gorgeous hillside, space for outdoor gear, kitchen with induction cooktop, private laundry, Wifi etc. Adjacent to our second AirBNB suite. Hope to host you soon!

Bright and airy suite above our garage with view of forest & gardens. The space has a full kitchen, a comfortable bed and couch, all open concept. Enjoy an abundance of natural light from windows and skylights. The space also includes a 3 piece bathroom and a small table and 2 chairs for dining or use as a work station. We are located just outside Parksville in a rural area. This is a great central location for exploring the Island and only 10 minutes from downtown Parksville.

The location is in south Nanaimo. We are a 15 minute drive from downtown and the Airport, 10 minutes from Duke Point and about 10 minutes from VIU. Nearby there are some hiking trails. Nanaimo River Park is a short drive away. Cedar is 10 minutes away. There is transit near by with a walk from the bus stop.

Amazing stay at Monica's, the place was exactly as described and very comfy, felt at home. Appreciated the flexibility with check in and out and how clean and spacious. Monica thank you for the wine chocolates and Nanaimo bars they were a nice treat! We will definitely book in the future

Oceanview Paradise in Great Location!

Matt’s place has a stunning view! The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. The living room and kitchen both had a view of the water. The deck had patio furniture that was very comfortable. I sat out both mornings, drank my coffee and read my book. It was beautiful! All three bedrooms were upstairs. One thing to note is that there is a lot of stairs and there are people living below. It was easy to find. They have specific parking for two cars for their guests.

Lisa was a great host. She was very friendly and responsive, and had the Airbnb stocked with everything we could have needed. The Airbnb itself was clean and incredibly spacious for 2 people, and within walking distance to the lake/beach/trails. The bed and couch were very comfortable and we loved having a private entrance. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful yet you can get to town within minutes. We would definitely stay here again!
