At the foot of Mt. Mushikura, at an altitude of 800 m, there is a small village with a nostalgic landscape of rice terraces and old houses with tin roofs, and in this village is an old house called Amane. I heard that it was built in the late Edo period and that it was a temple school in the early Meiji period. I liked the presence of the house itself, the village, and the location, including the large black pillars, and moved there, and since then, I have been constantly renovating it myself. We use old materials to preserve the historical texture as much as possible. The floorboards are reused chestnut wood and rice shelf boards laid under the tatami mats. The paving stones from the garden are reused in the Goemon bath, and the storehouse door used at the Nagaya gate is reused in the entrance. In the summer, you can spend time in a cool old house without air conditioning. On the other hand, in winter, I think it feels very cold because of the drafts, but one of the things I would like you to experience is the ingenuity of living to stay a little warm, such as the self-built ondol (floor heating) and the Goemon bath. Kominka Amamane is an inn where you can experience living in a traditional house. Enjoy a rare moment of relaxation in a quiet mountain village away from the daily grind.

Limited group of stays for 2 to 6 guests is available for one group of stays per day.We are renovating an ancient private home that is 100 years old.There is an on-site Yumichi Morning cafe, and if you book by the day before, you can enjoy it for 1300 yen (including consumption tax).It is 1500 yen with drinks.It is closed during the winter months.The surrounding area is about a 10-minute drive to Mitsui's Faorest Tateshina Country and Tateshiko Tokyu Golf Course.The Fujimi Panorama Royal Twin Ski Area is about 20 minutes by car.It is also a great base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake.Seven Eleven Condin Laundry Restaurant is also a 1-minute walk away.JA Pier Midori supermarket is 2 min drive.There is a hot spring near Jomon's hot spring and salt pot hot water.It is refreshing because it is located at an altitude of 1000 meters.Please ask if you have any questions as you have a full-time host.You can also walk and walk to the bus stop.It is a 10-minute drive to Chino Station.Suwa Interchange is a 9.4km 15-minute drive away.It is very convenient, but it is pleasant to return to the countryside house.If you are more than 5 people, we will reduce the price.Please contact us. We can also deliver dinner made with home-grown vegetables and Nagano ingredients, prepared at the affiliated restaurant, "Jibie Shokudo ino-shika (boar)" located 3 minutes away by car, as well as breakfast with freshly baked homemade bread. Jibie Shokudo ino-shika also sells leather products made with Shinshu deer leather and prepared products such as sausages made with Wako-produced venison.
