This is a quiet villa area located at an altitude of about 1000 meters, on the Iizuna Highlands. Built in 2022, a simple log house with plenty of wood aroma. You can find lots of beautiful scenery in just a 10-minute walk. Check out Mt. Iinu from Oaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iineta Higashi Ward)! The next closest bus stop (Iinetate) is about a 7-minute walk. You can also get here by public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, hamburgers, etc. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golfing and skiing in the direction of Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and climbing Mt. Iinu. If you would like to visit a hot spring, Reisenji Lake Tengu-no-Kan is about a 15-minute drive away. The large bathing area is about a 5-minute drive to Asobiva (discount on bathing fees available!). We lend out a projector and screen for free. Play games or have a movie screening on the big screen. Barbecue in the garden, We also recommend relaxing by the fire pit or in the tent sauna in the gravel backyard. The accommodation is perfect for families with children. It is very quiet because there are no houses around, and in the morning, the sound of small birds is lively. It is a distance from the station and supermarket, and a car is necessary. Be sure to have winter tires and chains in the winter. Please note that there is no air conditioner. There is a fan. The bedding is not a bed but a futon. Additional charges apply for 5 or more people, but up to 8 people can stay. Of the additional guests, children 2 years old and younger are free. Half price for children from 3 years old to elementary school age. From December to March, winter rates are set with heating costs added. Based on Nagano Prefectural ordinance, we will copy the passport of guests from overseas (excluding those with an address in Japan).
