Great villa and location. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was really close to the marina with many restaurants which made our trip even more enjoyable. Ala is a great host and was alway really responsive to any queries we had during our stay.

From the house you can reach the beach within 5 minutes by car, within walking distance is 15 minutes by foot. Hammamet is reachable in 15 minutes (market, tourist zone) and within walking distance there are shops and very good restaurants. The missing towels, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were brought to our request immediately. The house was clean (for Tunisia) and everything as described, the air conditioning very helpful at over 40 degrees outside temperature. For Tunisian conditions expensive, but really a great place to stay with enclosed garden, barbecue, garden seating and of course great, albeit small pool. We can recommend Khouloud.

What a fantastic clean villa! , had a great family vacation, I fell in love with the villa, Ahmed, the owner is a great guy very helpful, arrive at 21:50, and waited for us until 22:50 to check-in. The photos don't do justice to the three-storey house with many social areas inside and out. The top floor has a roof terrace, the master bedroom has a balcony. There's a sitting area/prayer room on the second floor an outside seat swing, tables and chairs at the front of the house and loungers by the pool. Table tennis and the swimming pool kept the kids occupied. It was very hot however the house is well equipped with air conditioning and we were glad of the pool to keep us cool. The house is in a safe residential area . It's a 5 min walk to the beach, 15-20 min walk to the marina, and supermarket and 10 min walk in the other direction to Carthage land, Tunisia's theme park and the Medina for shopping experiences. Taxis are cheap and easy to pick near by. Thank you so much Ahmed

House was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Good internet connection downstairs but poor upstairs. Host was also very generous and wasn't pushy at the end of our stay. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

We spent 3 excellent weeks in this beautiful villa! The villa is very clean, spacious and much more beautiful than on the foto's! The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The Villa is located in a very quiet area. Achraf and his mother were always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend this villa.

Very responsive host, very nice house as described with a clean pool and well-maintained garden, very well-equipped house, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Our family stay was great and perfect! We enjoyed the pool which is super large (better than the photos), the house is 2 mins from the house as well as carthage land so we enjoyed it, the beach is also very close. The house contains all the necessary amenities and the host is always attentive who offers us quite a few services. I highly recommend this house , we will definitely go back another time!

Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. Najet is an available, pleasant and accommodating host. the accommodation has a lot of character. I particularly like the terrace that we enjoyed during the stay with my family.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful seaside home in Maamoura. The location is just perfect, with the beach a stone's throw away, which allowed us to fully enjoy the sun and sea. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped, everything we needed for a comfortable stay was on hand. A big thank you to Mourad, our exceptional host, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly kind, responsive and always available to answer our questions or give us local advice. His warm welcome immediately made us feel comfortable. The apartment was basic but had the essentials. Had some issues with the air con, oven and bathroom. The shower leaked and it was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. The oven didn't stay on but the gas cooker was fine. I would advise u take towels with u as there wasn't enough and also only one bed sheet. The local shops are basic and u would need to travel to access a proper supermarket. Ahmed was friendly on arrival.

Easy communication with the host. Clean space, accurate to the photos and with air conditioning in all the rooms. Very quiet street, about 5mn walk from the sea. Overall we had a nice stay.

We had a beautiful stay, the house is in the heart of the medina. It’s an old classic, Tunisian very charming home. Whenever a small issue or question occurred it was swiftly handled. I highly recommend a stay a dar Chiara and we’re likely to return next summer.

Montasser and his wife are excellent hosts. The place was very clean and everything is nearby, restaurants, funds, cafe, amusement park etc... A little special touch was waiting for us on arrival as well as fresh water and soda. Too bad we didn't book 2 weeks but we'll definitely be back. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and thank Montasser and his wife again for their kindness.

We had a wonderful time at this rental! The apartment was spotless, perfectly clean and very well equipped. The location was ideal, close to the main attractions and public transport. Sami and these parents were very welcoming and were always available to answer our questions. We felt right at home and will be back. Nedra's location was great! Walkable to many restaurants, cafes, beach, and marinia. View was great and Nedra was easy to get ahold of.

Great stay at the Maison Bleue. A quiet and relaxing environment with access to the private pool. Ease of communication with the host who is attentive and responds to our requests. I recommend it.
