The apartment is in a prime position, close to the beach, restaurants and the night life. We had no problems checking in and everything went smoothly. A great view from the apartment which was spacious for a single room. Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay.

It was nice to have all the amenities. The washing machine worked well and there was detergent. It was nice to have a smart TV. The pool water was also clean.

Beautiful home in a nice, secure private location with a private pool that has jacuzzi jets and perfect surroundings. This wonderful Thai style villa is spacious, immaculate and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The Glass House and Cave beach food and entertainment complexes are a 5 minute drive around the corner, and the Pattaya Floating Market is a 10 minute drive away. It is also a short 10-15 minute drive away from Jomtien Beach and all the activities and restaurants it offers. Perfect location to spend a wonderful location with family and\or friends. We’ll definitely look to stay here again and again.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. The large corner room has a clear view of the sea, beautifully decorated, classy room, clean and very fragrant, complete equipment (more than expected) and good quality. If the room is available, you won't be disappointed.

The condo is as destcribed, well equipped and a wide good bed. All clean and in good condition. No noise from the neigbours. One could stay there even for months. Communication was fine with the owner.

I usually book my accommodation from Unixx because it is within walking distance (10 minutes on foot) to entertainment venues. This is the most tidy, clean and best quality house among the houses I have stayed in so far. Everything that should be in the house has been thought out very carefully. Communication with the host was very fast and solution-oriented. Would definitely recommend to all

Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
