The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

this house was a perfect getaway for us ,brilliant for family time together the hosts are amazing really responsive overall a super experience, the only thing I would say to anyone coming to stay here (and this has nothing to do with the house or hosts) is the beach is not good it's very dirty and not good for anything other than collecting shellfish to eat,if you have transport then there is a beach not far which is wonderful

We really loved our stay here. So many great things about this condo. The view was great, we appreciated the kitchen with good quality frypan and that it had everything we needed except no toaster or drinking glasses. The condo was extremely clean and there was good communication with the manager. Undercover parking was perfect. We liked to drive to Bang Saray where there’s a great Italian restaurant and a night food market. Also we drove to the resort on either side of the property for a beachfront meal ad it was great! It was lovely to lay by the pool with such a great view. The bed was a bit small and wobbly for us (we are foreigners) but we managed ok. I am glad we took our own pool towels. It was easy to get Lotus grocery delivered and I loved cooking some of our own meals. Grab delivery also easy. Extremely quiet and peaceful with no sleeping in as the light shines in through the front door in the mornings. Amazing that someone met us promptly our requested checkout 6.30am!

The house is very cute. Perfect for family visits. My father loves it. There is a lift up and down. Very convenient.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

We enjoyed the stay here. Even though we only stayed for one night, but we felt right at home.

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

The accommodation was superb, everything very clean and modern. The communication worked great, and got an answer in a very short time. YUE was very friendly and accommodating and helped where she could. I can definitely recommend the hotel and will be very happy to come back

The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Place was really clean and decorated nicely. Really close to the beach, sunset view from balcony. 7/11 was a 5 minute walk from the bnb, couple block further was a night market with tons of food and drink options. Would definitely stay here again we had a really pleasant experience here.

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .

Beautiful, spacious pool villa. Very well maintain and great location Photos doesn't do it justice, the actual villa looks even better !

The condo is as destcribed, well equipped and a wide good bed. All clean and in good condition. No noise from the neigbours. One could stay there even for months. Communication was fine with the owner.

Easy self check-in. Fully equipped room. Thought the room would be roomier, but satisfied at this price. Some of the equipment and furniture were old, but still usable. The room was not audible. Heard the sound of the room next door talking. The dog barked, but not much of a bother. The air conditioner was starting to be quite old, but still cool. The air conditioner was running. The TV worked was noisy. Very disturbing to sleep in. Sometimes the door to the room thinks it won't be long. It needs to be replaced or fixed. It will inflate the compartment next to the bottom door. If anyone shines, you can see what you're doing in the room. The door and the frame are wider. The kitchen is very satisfied. The kitchen is fully satisfied. The plate, spoon, rehearsal in the room, the newness is at a level that is satisfied with the price. I think it will soon be the owner of the room. Improve the room because of the lifetime. But I come to Pattaya. Would definitely stay with your place again because this Bang room at this price compared to the hotel. A room like this can't be found anywhere and come to Pattaya. I will think of you.
