Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Na Chom Thian

The best place to stay in Pattaya in my opinion. The roof top swimming pool is just awesome. Chaiyadid is a friendly and resposive host. Had 0 issues at the property! Highly recommend!

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

This place was by far the best AirBnB experience I ever had. They provide so many amenities that are not listed on the property description and was such a surprise when I checked in. They provide free of charge a refrigerator full of snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, toiletries, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, combs, hair brushes and so much more that made me feel right at home. It was so well stocked I had doubts about leaving a review as I might not be able to rent this place again once the word gets out how "GREAT" this place was. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful design, outstanding furniture, and luxurious accommodations — everything was thoughtfully prepared to the highest standard. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suited for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. The private pool and stunning amenities provided the perfect setting for laughter, relaxation, and creating memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Every corner of the villa reflects a true sense of style and comfort. Our host was simply outstanding — incredibly polite, highly responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and worry-free. Beautiful home in a nice, secure private location with a private pool that has jacuzzi jets and perfect surroundings. This wonderful Thai style villa is spacious, immaculate and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The Glass House and Cave beach food and entertainment complexes are a 5 minute drive around the corner, and the Pattaya Floating Market is a 10 minute drive away. It is also a short 10-15 minute drive away from Jomtien Beach and all the activities and restaurants it offers. Perfect location to spend a wonderful location with family and\or friends. We’ll definitely look to stay here again and again.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

Zentral gelegen und mit dem Bike in ca 10 Minuten am Strand und mitten im Zentrum wo es unzählige Restaurants und Bars gibt.

Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

Genelde konaklamamı eğlence yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde(yürüyerek 10 dakika) olduğu için Unixx'ten yapıyorum. Şu ana kadar kaldığım evler arasında en düzenli, temiz ve kullanılan malzeme kalitesi en iyi ev burası. Evde olması gereken her şey çok ince düşünülerek konulmuş. Ev sahibiyle iletişim çok hızlı ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim

Die Wohnung bietet einen fantastischen Rundumblick mit direktem Meerblick – allein das war schon ein Highlight! Sie ist voll ausgestattet, es hat mir wirklich an nichts gefehlt, alles war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Ivan ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, der Check-in lief absolut reibungslos und die Kommunikation war super angenehm. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Wohnung ist ziemlich vollgestellt, was Geschmackssache ist – und morgens gab es gelegentlich einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Laut Ivan lässt sich das leider nicht ganz vermeiden, für mich war’s aber noch im Rahmen. Ich habe mich so wohlgefühlt, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt sogar verlängert habe – das sagt ja schon alles!

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.
