On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We were two in Murnau and had very pleasant days in Doris' beautifully equipped and totally quiet apartment, which is surrounded by lovingly maintained terrace greenery. Coffee and tea are generously provided. If something has been forgotten, it is worth looking up, because many things are ready. The center is close and Murnau is the perfect starting point for bike tours. The real highlight is the cosmopolitan and cheerful Doris, who warmly welcomed us and said goodbye. We are determined to come back soon. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Andrea and Laura’s apartment has everything you need and more. It feels like home away from home and is beautifully furnished to feel cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are so peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful accommodation, more than adequately furnished, with great attention to detail and incredibly clean. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The location is perfect, nice and quiet and yet only a few minutes from Lake Staffelsee and only 25 minutes by car to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Christian is very nice and accommodating and responds kindly and quickly. We definitely recommend the place! P.S.: the electric shutters that make everything dark are perfect for sleeping. The studio under the roof of the Seidl villa in Murnau is a small diamond among the apartments that we have inhabited so far (with and without Airbnb ;). It is surprisingly large and great to look at, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for a pleasant, airy living. Nothing is superfluous toy, but all beautiful to look at and arranged with a sense of perspective. A special highlight is the hammock in the living room, which was actively used by all of us - big and small. Our point of contact was friendly, open and helpful and we felt super comfortable there from the first minute.
