Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.

Cute, as good as new attic apartment, tastefully furnished, very clean and directly on the quietly rippling brook in an absolutely quiet little alley... quite wonderful to slow down a few days at the wonderful Staffelsee. We felt right at home! Ms. Hahn is a very nice and helpful hostess - we will be happy to come back ;-)

At home in the heart of Murnau

We were two in Murnau and had very pleasant days in Doris' beautifully equipped and totally quiet apartment, which is surrounded by lovingly maintained terrace greenery. Coffee and tea are generously provided. If something has been forgotten, it is worth looking up, because many things are ready. The center is close and Murnau is the perfect starting point for bike tours. The real highlight is the cosmopolitan and cheerful Doris, who warmly welcomed us and said goodbye. We are determined to come back soon. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Mountain Dream-House in Bavaria close to Munich!

A wonderful place to stay close to Munich! The house has 4 double beds, but can accommodate up to 10 adults. It has a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Towels and even bathrobes are provided, so you can enjoy sauna and pool. All with a great Mountain View. We were received with great hospitality. Hopefully we will visit again. Highly recommended!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We found exactly what we wanted and more on this vacation. THANK YOU Georg and Gisela for the wonderful time with you! Greetings from Lisa, Robert and Evi. :-)
