Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We had a great stay in the very charming cottage! It was very spacious, super cozy and we had everything we needed! Small note: our clothes smelled quite strongly of fire after the overnight stay! The smell is in the house and did not bother us directly, but was quite noticeable in the morning.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. The property is immaculate, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. Nestled in a stunning location, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We were fortunate to enjoy glorious spring weather, which made relaxing on the lovely patio after a day of sightseeing even more delightful. We wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's a 10/10 experience!

The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Stefanie was a wonderful host! The area was beautiful. Our family of 5 did great here. Beautiful home and large main bathroom. Our daughter uses a wheel chair and everything worked out great. Would stay here again. Close to everything. We had a car and was able to go into Munich and also drive to various castles and Salzburg. She’s a perfect host!

Was a very pleasant stay with Katja. She gave us good tips for excursions. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable with the stove in the house. The location is very quiet and you don't have long travel times for excursions.

We were already thrilled at the entrance to the village and at the first of the beautiful panorama & remained so until the end! The mountains and the lake are simply magnificent and beautiful here. The apartment has a great kitchen and a great bathroom, everything as described! The balcony also offers plenty of space, but there is sometimes a lot of traffic on the street, which can make it a bit louder. The associated terrace with garden offers plenty of space and we have always found a sunny or shady spot. It was a pity for us that a high chair was listed in the equipment features, which unfortunately was not available. But Antje immediately offered that we could get one at her expense. We didn't want to take the time for this, but it was still a nice gesture. Communication with Antje was always very straightforward, friendly and reliable :) A great vacation!!

The accommodation is really very nice, nicely furnished and equipped. Very clean. The garden is beautiful. Hosts are very kind and accommodating. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation has a beautiful and also very clean wellness area, which offers everything you want. There is a natural pool, a large sauna and a whirlpool. The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. A Perfect Alpine Escape – Catherine House, Seefeld We spent two unforgettable days at Catherine House in Seefeld and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house is a true gem – spacious, stylish, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway. With three beautiful bedrooms, a private sauna, and a heated swimming pool, we enjoyed ultimate comfort and luxury. The modern kitchen was a dream to cook in – we had great fun preparing meals together and then unwinding by the pool or soaking in the sauna. The location is unbeatable: peaceful, sunny, and surrounded by stunning alpine scenery, yet close enough to the town and hiking trails. Whether we were swimming, relaxing in the sauna, enjoying the sunshine, or simply taking in the views – every moment was pure joy. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price - very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden was allowed to be used completely, including toys for the little ones - a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

We immediately felt comfortable here. The apartment is lovingly furnished and with details, well maintained and clean. The highlight is the terrace and the location is great with the proximity to the lake! Frank and Domenik were very friendly and helpful and the communication was relaxed. I'm sure we'll be back!

I will come back for sure. The house have a lot of space, you can have a grill outside, the views are verry nice and it s situated near a lot of attractions.

Leonie's accommodation is very nice, clean and in a wonderful location! The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything you need for a short break! Especially at check-in, I can only rave about Leonie and her husband! We were unable to meet the check-in time and the two were completely flexible, friendly and very open to us! Traveling with a dog was also no problem at all! We even had a bowl and a small snack provided for our four-legged friend! :-) We are very satisfied with our stay.

We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real temporary home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly care of the hostess and the loving details for the welcome or in the furnishings. We'd love to come back and thank you for the great stay.

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

Loved staying at Marcel’s apartment. I have been to Garmisch many times and this was one of the best places yet. The yard for my pup Brody was great, he got a chance to hang in the sun yesterday. Very peaceful and quiet. Walkable to Both Partikirchen and Garmisch. Easy to walk to nearby trails. Highly would recommend and would stay again if available.
