We had such a wonderful stay! The environment was incredibly peaceful, just what we needed to relax and recharge. One of the highlights for us was how friendly and therapeutic the dogs were! They were so sweet and welcoming, and it really added a special touch to the experience. You can tell this place is cared for with love. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, cozy getaway with some furry friends to brighten your day!

Jeff was a great host. Place was squeaky clean. Very quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. He answered any questions quickly. Place looks just like the pictures. Only 35 minutes away from Nashville,depending on traffic. Gave suggestions of local sights and restaurants. We had a great stay!

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay! So many friendly people. We highly recommend getting your morning coffee at Button Willow and make sure to visit Cheryl’s Beau Bees 🐝 for lunch!

Our stay was very nice. We were not at the apartment very much because of our need to be in the area but it was nice to have a quiet, clean and comfortable place to end our long days. It was very pretty inside and out!

I would highly recommend staying at this apartment! The place is beautifully designed and modern. Very clean and quiet. If my husband and I would add anything it would be curtains especially in the bedroom. Only because we prefer a dark room when sleeping. The bed is SUPER SOFT and huge. Tons of closet space and a big bathroom with great water pressure. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you'd need to cook and hang in. The location is a bit farther away than we thought from Broadway, about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. Not sure why but delivery drivers had a hard time finding us but it always worked out. We had a really nice time staying here.

This cottage is a gem. I Cook even when I travel so I usually have to travel with most of my kitchen due to most Airbnb‘s not having well stock Kitchens. This little cottage had one of the best stocked kitchens. I brought so many unnecessary things. It is hidden in a little nook, Full of beautiful details, Clean and the bed linens just give you a big ole hug♥️. Neysa is the most tentative host- but also provided adequate space. She had umbrellas, ice scrapers, and there is a well stocked bathroom just incase you forget a toiletry. Overall - it was a wonderful experience

Derek & Tara's place was quaint and exceeded our needs. They had lovely decor, as well as being very comfortable. They left us fresh cut roses, snacks, paper plates, bottles waters and a Brita water filter. Everything was in working order and they had the A/C nice and low for our arrival. The home is in a picturesque setting and parking was very straightforward even in our full size truck. Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town!

Beautiful, quiet, and the bed was SO comfortable! A perfect relaxing spot for a get away. Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I enjoyed a great week in Nashville. The apartment was exactly as described and Karla is an amazing host. Location has a lot of great amenities within walking distance and close driving distance to everything else we wanted to see. Lyft transportation was fast and inexpensive when we went downtown. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit

Comfortable for our short stay, not too far from any part of Nashville. Appreciated the pet-friendliness though we ended up not needing to take advantage of it. Nice, quiet neighborhood far enough away from the bustle of downtown.

This was a weekend girl trip. Everything was perfect. There were even goats in the pasture! We were very thankful for a quiet and private stay.

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend with my girlfriend. The place was so nice and was perfect for the two of us! Very convenient for getting to downtown Nashville. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Rose was super friendly! :) the house is literally just one minute drive from the campus and walkable too. The house was great for the stay of my parents while they were in town visiting. Rose also had an air mattress that I used when I stayed over.

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and super responsive. Best part—just a short walk to downtown Nashville! Would definitely stay here again.

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

Place was gorgeous and so fun for our group. Host was quick to respond to messages . Roof top and basement had the most fun spots to hang out

Great relaxing place to stay. Only 30 minutes to Nashville. Kelly is always super responsive and friendly. This was our second time staying here and we definitely will be back.

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!

this was our first time with Airbnb we normally do hotels but it was like being at home,al was a awesome host. even called the day before our trip to make sure we had any information we needed and then checked in with us again as we were on our trip 10 stars all day will definitely be booking with him again thank you so much and God bless highly recommended
