Kazeem was very communicative and helpful with questions about the place. It was accurate in what you are getting, but I would say the price is a little too high per night. It does have a pool but it wasn’t heated, so just know that if you are interested in swimming. Otherwise it was close to the Main Street of Muncie to amenities.

Kris’s place is really special and makes for a memorable stay. I don’t know how she does it but her maximalist interior design all works perfectly together. Things are joyful and fun and you constantly discover new things. Master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This is truly a 5 star rental. Owners went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. Would absolutely recommend the house and would definitely stay again when in town.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and it always seems like with the hotels you can never get rest at night with teams running around all evening so we decided to try an air bnb...BEST IDEA EVER. The house was immaculate and the heated pool was AMAZING. The backyard area was so peaceful and relaxing for the entire family, we were close enough to get supplies for dinner without feeling we were actually in town. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Master Shower...no words. Beds...super comfortable. Plenty of space for bigger family or team. We will absolutely be booking this one any time we are in town play! Host was so welcoming and took care of all of our needs!

We loved staying at the Sleeping Bulldog. We were in for a convention at Ball State, and didn't spend much time there until the end of the week. The older boys absolutely loved having their "own" sleeping quarters in the pool house. Of course the pool and hot tub were a hit. We are a cooking family and the kitchen has everything you need to fix big meals. Jessica communicated very well all week long. I am a plant lover and the landscaping at the house is beautiful and it is a nice, quiet neighborhood to enjoy a walk looking at the big trees and landscapiing.

We loved staying at Kim’s so much on the way to our destination that we decided to book again on the way back home. Kim is one of the best hostess we’ve had.. she is thoughtful, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Her Airbnb is a wonderful example of a home away from home. Cozy environment, great neighborhood for walking your dog.. comfortable beds and furniture and we both loved the little snacks she leaves out for her guests. We will definitely be staying at Kim’s home again when we are in town. Highly recommend…

Loved staying here for the Indy 500! Place is beautiful and relaxing, and very close to Fountain Square and everything you would want to do downtown. Kelly was amazing and even let us stay a bit after checkout since no other guests were coming! Would definitely recommend!!

The Hidden Oasis was the perfect place for our family to stay when we visited Indiana for the Taylor Swift concert! It was close to downtown and included a beautiful drive in and out of the area. The home had all the amenities we could ask for to make the weekend special. Everything was clean, and the host paid special attention to all the details, including warm blankets to wrap around yourself while sitting on the enclosed sun porch. The pool, hot tub, and backyard are gorgeous! The home was perfect in every way and the host was always available and quick to answer our questions. Thank you so much Hidden Oasis!

This was a great place to stay for our long weekend! It was clean, well furnished, and close to a beautiful river walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Home is in a great location, easy access to all of Muncie. walking and biking available on the Greenway. Great host.

Our stay was fantastic. The inside of this home is comfy and has a “visiting a favorite older relatives” decor vibe with modern appliances and tv. We stayed for our son’s Ball State Graduation weekend and had so much room to visit and play games and make lasting memories. Loved the front porch space that is wonderful for conversations. Host thought of so many little things that made a big difference , disposable earplugs, toothbrushes, a welcome note and much more. Highly recommend. Easy walk to Elm Street Brewing Company. Will stay again if needed and available. Grateful for a clean and updated space big enough to have all our people together to celebrate.

Very convenient location, nice layout and furniture. We didn’t get to use the outdoor areas as much as we wanted due to cold weather, but the yard looked very nice. The host was friendly and helpful. This was a perfect option for my visiting family that came to Muncie for my son’s graduation festivities.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Muncie. The space was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spacious . The location was fantastic, just minutes from downtown, which made everything super convenient. What made the experience even better was Thomas’s hospitality. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were busy with a wedding 20 miles away so only used the home for sleeping overnight and did not have much free time within the home. The house served it's purpose well, although being whipped from setting up and tearing down the wedding, the stairs in the house got the best of us. Perhaps the host could add a small table or two, perhaps from local garage sales for five or ten bucks, to the sides of the beds for miscellaneous nightstand functions. Also perhaps adding a small waste basket in each bedroom would be a good move. The house did suit our needs though. Thank You Julien.

Roman’s place was close to many dining locations and very well furnished. The beds were super comfy and perfect sheets. We also really enjoyed the pool table and the chance to be able to visit and hang out in that room with ample seating. The outside fenced in area was a plus! The keurig coffee pot was also so nice to have. Thank you!

Had a fantastic time! The Sweet Suite was easy to find, quiet, and relaxing. Appreciated how nice it was, very well cleaned, and was a really comfortable space to be. We appreciated the clear/easy instructions for check-in/check-out and liked all the little notes explaining things like how to adjust the skylight or fan controls. Overall, we had a great time and we would 100% stay again!

This was our third stay at Ashley's place. It's FANTASTIC! Stylish, clean, comfortable, close to TU campus and just all-around great! Thanks for another wonderful visit!

We had a great trip to Muncie for our son’s graduation from Ball State. We’re able to spread out and visit with family. Great location. Beautiful spot.

This was our second trip to Grace Farm. We shared this stay with our daughters and their children. It was a great place for the kids to run and play school and share time together (sleep over) with cousins. Such a happy sound to hear giggles coming from the upstairs rooms!!Welcoming treats are always a hit and there was everything we needed fix our food with. We will be returning when special events call us to this area!

Yet another 5-star visit at Jerrett's place. I stayed there last year and hope to do so again next year. His place is by far a much better value than any hotel/motel located in any nearby city. It is quiet, clean, and Jerrett is responsive and provided excellent check-in instructions. I highly recommend his accommodations to anybody staying in the area.

We were here visiting family and Sean's house was the perfect place to stay. The house has lots of space, super comfortable beds, and fun stuff for the kids. Sean himself is a super nice and friendly guy!

The location is perfect for visiting Taylor University! The house is updated and clean. Ben responded quickly and kindly to my requests. I look forward to staying here again!

Rita’s place was my home away from home during my contract in Indy. It’s a cute, tiny abode with peaceful surroundings. I was impressed by how clean and neat the entire unit was. I appreciate Rita for going above and beyond to accommodate the length of my stay. Though there was a miscommunication with the entire duration of my stay, I could have prevented it if I reverified with her accordingly. But overall, I enjoyed staying in the unit, and oh I most enjoyed and appreciated how comfy the bed this unit has! 😀
