Take a stroll or cycle along the famous 46km stretch of The Barrow Blueway or cast your fishing rod into the world of coarse fishing on the Grand Canal. Why not take a walk into town across the Aqueduct and visit some of our favourites such as Mooneys & Brennans or snuggle up to a log burning stove. The local Kids playground is a 5 minute stroll away should the kids need some play time.

All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Comfortable, quiet, 52m2 one bed apartment in Lanesborough overlooking Lough Ree. This is our second home that we rent out when we are not using it ourselves. It includes original artwork and antiques collected from our travels abroad. It is located just beside a marina, with picturesque river & lake walks which lead to a short wooded area offering further glimpses of the lake. Please note it is NOT near the sea. The nearest beach is about 90 minutes drive away in Galway
