It was a wonderful experience and we had a very wonderful stay here.This villa is located in the villa community directly opposite Nimman One, although it is very quiet in the downtown area, because next to Nimman One, the surrounding shopping, food, and leisure are very convenient, exceeding the expected experience.Although the house feels a little old, the protection is very good and has a home atmosphere.In addition, Leo, the Chinese housekeeper, is super friendly and enthusiastic, answers our questions, recommend the night market, and also take care of our itinerary when the heavy rain comes.Thank you so much for him!Thank you very much, Host!

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

Welcoming and peaceful vibe: our perfect stay in Chiangmai. Quiet and peaceful vibe but a short walk to supermarket and many good restaurants nearby.The room was perfect size with a very comfy bed , very clean , good taste decoration and well equipped bathroom.The bonus is a pool and nice tropical garden, very relax .This place felt like HOME. It made our stay in Chiangmai feel even more special and momorable, Highly recomment this stay.❤️❤️❤️

Highly recommended, there is a washing machine, kitchen, clean and hygienic, big!Our family of 3, plus grandmother, aunts.Three rooms, better value than the hotel, very close to the yoga park, one and two hundred meters, there is a gym and free yoga, 711 supermarket 2 minutes away.Each room is very large, suitable for many families, you can bring food back, children to play, adults to eat, wholesale market There are camping chairs in the courtyard, it is fun.The 5 of us packed a car in Chiang Mai, the driver was also good, always buying us good food, not expensive, actually, also recommended.Prefer Chiang Mai is laid-back and pristine.Can't recommend this house enough.Love local rustic people and hope to help people

This homestay environment is super, the room is hygienic, the room is clean, the comfortable and spacious layout is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, the view from the window makes me happy, the safety measures are in place, and the safety is full.The point is that the host service attitude is very welcoming and friendly, proactively and enthusiastic about the surrounding transportation and food, and will continue to choose here again next time!

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

Comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Right next to a weed bar with a pool where you can ask to DJ your own music. Very friendly and responsive staff. Only thing to note is that you end up with a room on the second floor you’ll hear the music from next door until midnight. Staff warned us about this during check-in and it was no problem for us, but definitely aim for a first floor room if you’re not there to party.

It was the accommodation I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was the best accommodation where both parents and young children were satisfied, and in particular, the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and responded perfectly, so I think it will be a great memory. Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

Clean and tidy. Although it is a certain distance from the ancient city, it is very convenient. The entrance of the village is about 5 minutes walk away. The food and beverage supermarket is complete. The room is very private. The upper and lower rooms are completely separated. It is a good choice for two families traveling together.

Perfect for a family tour, each room has a separate bathroom, this point is very perfect, this trip is very pleasant, in the evening by the pool, drinking a pot of tea in the backyard, it really feels too good, avoiding the traditional tourist bustling streets, it is really a unique and perfect vacation to relax.And the key is that such a villa is in an ordinary hotel, and this estimate of 5 of us is 6000RMB at night. Only 1/3 of the price here.Sincerely turned to, the surrounding net red restaurant chom is also recommended, as is the Wonderland, and that rice field restaurant, Michelin, is also very close.The nighttime zoo that the kids love is also nearby, especially great.The driver from the airport pick up was also nice to give us enough time to buy milk bread stuff at 7-11

Our family of 7 had a fabulous stay in Craig’s home. Daisy Land is impeccably clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Two of the rooms have their own, separate entrance which worked for us. The pool area and game area were a huge bonus for our children and the housekeeper, Nung Dao, was so kind and helpful. Our driver, Kai, was great and very helpful. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.

We stay at this big house for family trip and it was very good experience. The house is very big, have 9 bedrooms, good for big group like us. All rooms are clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is very nice. Kids really enjoy the pool every day. Location is also very good, not far from Central Festival, and easy to go to Nimman area, around 15 minutes drive only. Very convenient. The host is kind and take care us very well. Quick reply and give good information. We really enjoy our time here and will recommend to friends. Hope to come back again next trip to Chiang Mai. Thank you!

Excellent space to escape the city and enjoy nature. Exactly as advertised. Restaurant and cafe at the end of the street are phenomenal, and I could order a taxi and food straight to the house with no problems, of needed. Accommodating hosts and very responsive. Will definitely visit here again if I am back in the area.
