Holiday rentals with a pool in Mueang Chiang Mai District

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Very happy five nights very quiet and clean house is very suitable for two or three families to come together and play with clean towels every day and water There is also a housekeeper cleaning every day

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

This is a good place for family or a group of friends. Pretty close to night market and some day market. In addition the owner Sarah is friendly and we had a great time with my family. Thanks Sarah

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

Ing’s condo is in a very nice building, centrally located. It is well equipped with all things necessary for a long stay. She thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, bath gel, shampoo, medical kit, etc. I would stay here again, and highly recommended Ing’s place.

This is a trip I planned for the purpose of ‘rest‘ because my body and mind were exhausted due to heavy work. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with a lot of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was it. If it's not just the sound of an occasional plane, it's very quiet. I saw the reviews before booking, and it was a trip where I prepared earplugs, but I stayed without earplugs. It bothered me at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes for sale near the road every day and eating them at home. (The refrigerator is big and nice) The washing machine and detergent were prepared, so I took a small amount of clothes, and during my week-long stay, I really felt like I was living at home doing the laundry myself. Every time you need help, I appreciated the really quick response from the host. I rested well for a week, and I want to stay again next time.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Chandra Residence. Shanee and Uli were the most wonderful hosts, always available to help and assist with everything. Location is just outside of Chiang Mai, in a very peaceful setting. Home itself is very large and has all needed amenities. Getting food delivered, transportation, massages in the property or a private chef experience was as simple as asking for it. Shanee and Uli truly have something very special in there. I don't think I will be staying anywhere else if back to Chiang Mai.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.
